Absolutely no customer service except

Absolutely no customer service except by a link that says there is an error No phone number to call and nobody to speak with When you do find the customer service email you get a canned response I created an account made a deposit via credit card and then never able to log in again Went through their forgot password link countless times Emailed customer service and never received anything but a canned response Thank goodness I funded via American Express which is giving me full credit back

Blatant and in your face house players everywhere

Yes every word spoken in the reviews I ve read are true There are bots house players on every table so between playing against an all for the house algorithm and the house players you don t stand a chance I m not a pro by any means but playing on this site has me thinking I must be THE WORST player on the planet I ve only spent like 200 but can t even win 1 in any of the games they offer In the years I ve been playing online poker on this site I only play the 50 freerolls now because there s no sense in putting anymore money into this site I did win a 14 prize pool once In 5yrs I won once Don t waste your money here They ve upgraded and with every upgrade the cards just get worse and worse There really are way better sites to play on

Only 2 bad reviews i have given in my life is this site and partypoker but americas cardroom is probably the worst poker experience I have ever witnessed you get bad run outs I get that but this is crazy and if u bluff jam someone will call you with third lowest pair on board when you actually go for value on hands everyone folds its like they can see your cards honestly there is noway people call the hands they do I m 2 grand down guys and I don t mind the loss but the experience iv had just seems totally rigged and everyone plays like a robot STAY CLEAR SAVE YOUR MONEY

I will put it to you this way If a couple of hicks from Florida were able to rig the McDonald s Monopoly game these crooks sure as hell can corrupt an UNREGULATED online poker site Unless I can physically see the dealer cut the cards with my own eyes I don t trust the game They removed chat because there were so many players using it to complain about the obvious rigging of the RNG They originally blocked the word rigged from being spoken at the table when that wasn t enough they just took players ability to talk away completely Big oof

Why is it literally impossible to build

Why is it literally impossible to build a stack late in tourneys It s not even funny I legit lose practically every single big pot once we approach the bubble It s astounding how many times I can make it passed open reg w a top 10 stack yet find it implausible to win chips after a certain point

As a poker player on several sites and playing for over 30 years I am convinced that something just isn t right here I accept that downswings happen in poker and you just got to play through them carefully set your limits and bare it but ACR has just a little too many situations that are unbelievable in any game I have made my last deposit and will close my account I cannot recommend ACR to anyone based on my experience but would certainly warn anyone who is reading this review THINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY

No possible way that this site is not rigged I ve played poker online and at brick-and-mortar rooms for nearly 20 years I ve never seen the amount of extraordinarily ridiculous bad beats It s simply defies the concept of mathematical probability Do not play here unless you just don t like money

This site is a total scam they run algorithms to slow drain accounts In 3 tournaments I have witnessed and experienced several bad beats Considering they pay 10s of thousands in casinos for bad beats and they occur infrequently raises a red flag If they let you export your play history it could be shown that they are not producing normal results This site is cheating its users and doing quite well in the process Sad there is no legitimate trustworthy site to play poker on but definitely avoid this scam site
