Awesome experience
I admit I was really surprised when I saw all the reviews here It seems I was the only one who got great customer support Few months ago I had ordered a parka at their store when it arrived and I opened it I found that it had a hole on one of the pockets I went the read their FAQ to see if I could do something about it although it was not AmiAmi s direct fault because the item was in a sealed plastic bag I then contacted them with the photos of the item and the invoice They replied they were very sorry about it and they wanted for me to send the item back They would have tried to find a replacement but the item appeared to be out of stock so in case the replacement was not possible they would have refunded me the amount paid for it They also said they would refund the amount I spent for sending the item back either in points or on my Paypal account but I needed to wait for their instruction to send it back because first they had to confirm if they could send me a replacement or they would have to refund me After I think 4 days I got another email from them saying that they found the replacement and were going to ship it to me as soon as they would have received the defective one They gave me all the instructions and after sending it back I emailed them a scan of the receipt for the amount I paid at the Post Office I asked for it to be refunded on Paypal and sent them my information I received the refund one week later then two weeks after the refund I got a shipping notification for the replacement they were sending me In short I got a brand new item returned the defective one back and did not spend one dollar more It was annoying to go to the post office to send the first one back but I could not avoid it So yes my expericence is nothing short of extraordinary and I will keep buying from them

Customer service makes it worth buying from here
I ve changed my review from 4 to 5 stars based on some recent orders In summary an order was sent back and they shipped it out again even paying the extra fees themselves All with me lifting a finger While it hadn t left the country they were quick and informative when the problem occurred They may not be the cheapest option but when the difference is only a few s the customer service makes a world of difference

Absolutely love Amiami
Absolutely love Amiami have ordered many times over the past year and never had an issue products always are in perfect condition needs a little knowledge on how to navigate and sort shipping tro your country but there are many sources that explain and make it very easy bought 2 preowned scale figures of B grade but they were absolutely perfect when they arrived I bought preorders which shipped fast and were beautiful and they always have new stock and releases so keep checking and you can addorders to ship monthly to save on shipping costs if you combine if you live outside of japan expect a month or so for your items to arrive or longer depending on the shipping you choose but dont let it put you off as they have fab prices for authentic figures and merch which can otherwise be tough to find in your home country 3

Amazing experience
Was abit apprehensive about buying from them at first after reading some reviews but still did and it was excellent The items come really fast had preordered items instock items and the day after the preordered items were in stock and I made payment the items were already shipped out They also will give you a quote price with the cheaper yet super quick method of shipping and even allow you to change the method if you d like When I received the items only 2 days after it was shipped out everything was packed nicely and nothing was damaged at all They even use small pieces of cardboard to protect things like stickers and pack it by itself Overall a great experience and also love the fact that they allow preorders without having to pay for them items immediately This is so helpful as sometimes I am afraid the items I want will go out of stock before I have money to pay for it but with AmiAmi s way of preordering I can rest assured I will get my items AND can save up for it pros from my experience - really quick shipping and processing of orders- everything is packed amazingly- preordering is really good through the website- items are cheaper than other sitesHave no cons from my experience but have read that if you cancel orders you might get banned so as long as you do not cancel orders everything should be great

Reliable shipping fair prices and great offers quick responses
When I had a problem with logging into my account I asked amiami for help and they send me a new security question within 24hours I have ordered plenty of pre-owned figures from there and only had good experience so far The majority of their preowned figures are brand new even if they mention damages on the box they re still in good condition German customs are extremely strict but so far all my figures from there arrived early because they put proper invoices on the packages so they wouldn t get send to custom retention and I m so thankful for Amiami for doing that I m a little bit surprised about the bad reviews on trustpilot regarding order cancelation and random account closures There was one time when I ordered way too much and had to cancel a pre-oder They made an exception out of courtesy and let me cancel it but reminded me that excessive canceling will lead to suspension which is understandable but that was 2015 I don t know how they respond to cancelation now It can be stressful as they seem strict about cancelations returns refunds etc but reading other reviews from other people feels like there also plenty of customers who just randomly order things without being able to pay on deadline Therefore I just can t blame them for being strict I just hope amiami will always stay customer friendly with loyal customers
