Terrible Customer ServiceI ordered a big box of stuff When I ordered their site said it would be a couple of days to ship the Monday after I ordered it jumped to 12-12 days to ship anything Odd Well I can t cancel my order on their site which would make sense There is no FAQ section So I called then cause that was just too long Left a voicemail No reply So I send emails Contact for on their site direct to them No response AT ALL When I FINALLY got someone on the phone it was 8 days after my order was placed Not a good customer service voice The initial response was that it s not shipping today No I m sorry but nothing Literally upset that I bothered them while they are dealing with thousands of requests when their site should handle this for them Want your job to be easier do a better job Or just ship faster You have one person back there sending stuff out Do a better job so you don t have to be upset that we are not happy with you not helping us You all did this to yourselves

Stay away No answers Mailbox full No callbacks no updates No emails It just looks likes someone who tries o steal your money I had to dispute my purchase and get my money back

Was supposed to have my order shipped within 3 days but it took 2 months and a complaint on BBB to get them to even respond

20 days just to fill order Covid ammo SHORTAGE No reason for the long delay Figure give them a try wont be a next time They say my order is in stock but taking longer to fill Why NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY unless you like to wait I will not mention other company I order all the time from but from order to home 4 days

Terrible service Ordered July 3rd and website said 8 to 10 business days July 22 no ammo yet Could have got this through 4 other vendors Finally got an email notified first when you push date out to this amount of time and no ammo yet and given there full money back Hope they do not treat all there customers like this Lucky just to get that because they do not answer there phones Sob story about to much business I see post above had to call BBB I am waiting two more days no response Bank BBB and I belong to about 30 gun Websites Being retired have nothing else to do with my time I am so pissed right now
