Andy s health check has given me hope

I had the health check almost 2 weeks ago and I felt the changes really develop over that first week I still feel the positive changes settling in me I ve been suffering from really debilitating depression and anxiety from PTSD in the military I got to the point where I just could not seem to control my brain I have had to lay down over the course of the day for many hours from the depression and anxiety I used to be a very ambitious productive person and had a very successful professional career but these last couple years have been awful I couldn t work anymore The anxiety just put so much weight and burning pain in my chest Since my session with Andy I m noticing I am able to accomplish more things during the day my mood is better and the anxiety in my chest is not as intense I feel more autonomous like I can redirect my thoughts better and get out of thought loops I am also able to get a lot more things done which is helping my self-esteem
