Anhelo Representative Tamiz Cedeno give me Excellent and clear information during the conversation for Medicare Advantage Insurance selection

Anhelo did NOT satisfied my expectations

The agent that I contacted from Anhelo did NOT demonstrate the patience to explain me about additional health insurances participating in my area in Houston TX In order to help me comparing additional benefits that are being offering She stated with cold attitude that she expend too much time listening to me explaining me about Humana health insurance and then I felt induced to switch to the mentioned health insurance Finally she put me on hold while she was seeking for a supervisor to confirm my new enrollment and apparently no one was available to finalize the order At the end of the conversation she indicated me that I was going to receive a call back from her supervisor and nobody has yet called me back I am not satisfied with the Anhelo experience I hope a manager from this company is able to listen to the phone conversation that was supposedly recorded by Ms Liz ngulo in Spanish speaking in my behalf Thank you for your time
