Do Not Order From Them

Would really give no stars to this site Took forever to receive order and then once finally received it was sooooo much smaller than I would ever have expected When I tried to return they said you should have read the fine print It s Asian sized 2 sized smaller than you are used to Who doesn t let you return something that doesn t fit RIDICULOUS

They sent me a counterfeit item Would not correct error

They sent me a counterfeit item I provided sufficient evidence and Jess only offered me a 25 refund on an item that was obviously not the same as in the picture When I mentioned this to her she offered me a 30 refund This to me atleast is an admission of guilt Very unprofessional in my opinion and my advice to anyone would be to be cautious

Disgraceful scammers

Bought a phone case wrong case came but for correct phone they said it s not theirs clearly lying and told me I probably ordered from somewhere else Scam of a business honestly don t buy from these crap unauthentic cheap websites

I would give Zero stars if I could I ordered a nendroid figure The photos we re watermarked looked highly legit My package arrived fastBut it s Counterfeit Merchandise The price was high it never crossed my mind that it could be Counterfeit items I contacted the company No answer Very Shady BUYER BEWARE

Sent wrong item Had to jump through hoops with customer service Finally after numerous emails sending photos waiting for order to be verified etc it was demanded that I return the item at my expense No discount for inconvenience I was assured animeware uses the most reliable product fulfillment team to ensure product accuracy and any discrepancy basically must have been my fault Haven t gotten a refund or a replacement product either Total scam

Very low quality goods

I ordered a bunch of stuff from here So far after over a month of waiting only a couple things have arrived and so far not good I ordered some canvases but the print quality looks horrible Worse than if I printed them with my regular home printer I also ordered a collectible statue which arrived completely ruined and the paint looks like a small child did it anyway I haven t got the other stuff but so far what I m seeing indicates this company sends out very low quality stuff and possible counterfeit I don t think this statue is authentic it looks terrible
