Useless company this

These guys take a proper mick they take their money monthly on the clock but you have to talk to customer support every month to reactivate your licence if trust pilot had an option for a negative star rating these guys are on the crap list definitely

This company makes it extremely hard to cancel your subscription Also if you happen to go a day over your subscription period and cancel they will not issue even a partial refund Be careful they are sneaky and only want your money for a product that other plugin companies can produce just as well Auto-tune is just a name A name I now associate with thief

Just an all round poor customer service company All Sales are final End of no matter the issue apparently Stick to melodyne or waves-tune Great product let down by ZERO customer service

Subscribed for a 14 day free trial for it to not even work Can only be connected through to a robot on the website and not a real human Customer support is completely non existent and there are further complaints off other users on their twitter claiming that it keeps going down every single month you pay 100 s just for nothing

Antarestech unforgivable behavior made me homeless

Did try their 14 days free trial but ended it weeks later they randomly withdrew 224 from my bank that were my rent money The support refused to refund me and next month I m gonna be homeless because they took it all without permission Been a loyal customer for years but today they proved me wrong with their unacceptable behavior Im so afraid and depressed to not be able to pay my home due don t know what to do They Been trying to avoid me with no replies their actions are illegal and should be taken to justice

Awful customer service Awful user experience

I ve used autotune unlimited for more than a year and its been more than a year of submitting service request tickets to be able to even use autotune unlimited Do not use this service if you re an independent musician No matter what I do I can t use their software I literally have a license but their software will randomly decide to deactivate it At this point this is literally a scam Actually do not use this service if you value software engineering Their programmers especially their lead programmer should be ashamed of the product they released Do not buy do not download and do not use Antares should be a disgrace of the software industry at this point

Not Exactly a Great Deal

A regrettable decision to introduce bugs in the 14-day free trial FREE plugin offer I recommend vigilance with all potentially dubious subscriptions not only here but across platforms Unscrupulous companies thrive on your lack of awareness or haste exploiting legal loopholes The installer is exceptionally inefficient Now I find myself with an unintended 2x Choir plugin license not exactly the great deal it initially seemed

I claimed the free choir plugin for agreeing to try auto tune I then tried to log into the account I created through the Facebook advertisement - No joy Clicked forgot password - Nothing No email just instructions to create a support ticket I ve got 14 days before the free trial ends I hope I can manage to cancel it before then
