Terrible customer support - they scammed me

I returned back a pair of shoes more than 2 weeks later they have not processed it so i emailed them they told me their boutique is closed and will be opened on august 22nd everytime i asked a question in email i got same email back over and over it was not some automated reply So i will be reporting my issue to European Consumer Centre Dont buy from them terrible customer support i dont have my money back nor shoes My order number 2000020892

Awfull Products not delivered and being ignored

Ordered some boots with express delivery 3-4 days After 5 days no sign from them UPS says label was created but package never picked up Send email used contact form on site wrote them on FB messenger no answer I will probably gave to contact my bank to revert the payment An awfull experience

20 of fast delivery takes 1 week

They offer an online delivery supposely very fast for 20 it s a unuseful service and the shop dont even consider to refund you when their fast delivery take a whole week instead of 2daysI ll personaly never buy again from there

I was deeply concerned when I saw all these bad reviews prior to my purchase but all I can say is that I had the best expereince with this webshop Placed the order on Monday morning and had the shoes delivered on Wednesday morning Super fast shipping lovely and helpful ladies in customer service All in all super positive experience Will definitely shop again

Great price product and fast delivery

Bought a pair of Alaia pumps for a great price compared with other high fashion retailers they even allowed the use of a 10 off first order promo on them which is very unusual for this brand Also arrived within 3 days so I m absolutely delighted with the whole experience I was a little hesitant considering other reviews but will definitely order from this site again
