They fool you into signing up for their emails and texts for a 10 off coupon or 10 off your order only to never send it to you Which leads to emailing them about it and waiting days for a response Also their products don t do much health-wise

Waste of money

Supports reps are literally useless The idea is simple take spices blend sell overpriced What can go wrong Well miss half of the order Cancel the order and never bounce money back Promise to refund and not provide any info to dispute it Sounds good init

BAD Fulfillment-Shipping Process

They lie

Ordered an item at the beginning of December Their page said it was back in stock It was supposed to be a Christmas gift Had to follow up multiple times on Instagram because they don t respond to emails eventually they told me my item was on the wait list I asked to cancel my order If I knew item was not in stock at the time of ordering I would have not proceeded Now I don t have a Christmas present Oh and they constantly lie about sending an update via email but they never do and only respond to complains on their Instagram

This company should not be trusted It is impossible to speak with anyone and they charged me 153 in two weeks for three bottles of the same thing even after I requested them to stop I have since canceled their ability to remove funds anymore BEWARE of the auto ship requirement

Its impossible to leave a review for this company as they are trying to protect their image DO NOT buy anything from this place 1 Products were defective and it took 3 months of lies and long responses from their customer service You will get no refund and reshipment that was promised but never received and they lie and lie cant even get tracking to where they send it I reached out to the owner who in the first email said to contact them for anything the customers need I contacted the owner but again not responses and only fake promises Such a waste of time and Stay away FDA and BBB should investigate this company

I backed out after seeing the shipping nonsense I was going to order a sample of ten tiny packets Weight-wise it would have cost a couple bucks to mail They wanted 8 99 which was instantly suspect as were the nothing but 5-star reviews on their website Then I started reading reviews NOT on the apothekary website which saved me Anything that reads as too good to be true is too good to be true Do alternate research Thank you TrustPilot

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service My order for some reason was undeliverable and was returned I have tried contacting them through text an email with no response They have no phone number to call so I guess I m just out 150 dollars

I have to agree with all the awful reviews Ordered 135 in products on 5 31---never arrived Multiple emails over the past 6 weeks Zero response This company is not professional and feels shady from my perspective
