SCAM 1 2 Star Product Reviews for Products sold here are not do not get posted like they should

Please do not trust or waste your time writing Product Reviews on Bulk Apothecary I purchased a slew of small sized Fragrance Oils from here that did not much smell like they were explained or expected to that needed the real Truth posted about them for other Customers who were considering to purchase them I took used my Product reviewing efforts to help others out by reviewing the Fragrance Oils that I purchased from here typing up about them what they smelled like to me Bulk Apothecary chose to anonymously rudely not post any of my 1 2 Star Fragrance Reviews that I wrote I know this have confirmed it as for I just did a Checkup on their Website on the Products that I previously wrote Reviews about to now notice find out that none of them been posted Therefore they are most likely doing this to all or most of their Customers who do not are not leaving 4 5 Star Product Reviews on the Products that they sell as for they are apparently afraid of their Sales going down because of their Customers 1 2 Star Product Reviews on their Products they sell Please do not trust or waste your time or efforts like I did on Bulk Apothecary to type up review Products that you are not going to give perfect 4 5 Stars to because they will not be posted will simply be boycotted deleted ignored as I have seen experienced with my efforts here

Very incompetent company DO NOT BUY

First they sent my orders to the wrong customer in a WRONG state then the second time they sent the totally wrong mold with a wrong size Very incompetent never again I do not recommend this company

BAD BAD Bad

I have had my order since March 20 stil no email for cancellation or refund They need to answer customer inquiries and need to refund orders not fulfilled

they changed the recipe to less strong

we ordered garlic oil on their website a year ago and now we needed again oil well the smell is way less strong and we called and they said it was the same i have put it in 5 gallon oil here and that is stronger then the bottle they send we returned and waiting on another batch number

Worst customer service I ordered wrong size lids Completely my mistake and I know it When I messaged with them I was told that I had to pay to ship them back Ok Bad enough shipping is outrageous I had to pay shipping to get them Now have to pay shipping to send them back and then pay shipping again to reship new product The person I was talking to made sure to tell me that it was my mistake but what happened to loyalty Been a customer with them for years Couldn t give any leeway Also asked if they could email me the return slip and she wouldn t even do that Told me I can do it myself Definitely looking for a new place to order from Fine with shipping but can t even help me with an email

Having serious issues with customer

Having serious issues with customer service I ordered supplies and THeY sent me the wrong things They won t even start working on shipping my order until they see movement on the return okay BUT then they refuse to even upgrade my shipping so I can get my order in time for when I need it It wasn t my fault they sent me the wrong thing I was a very patient customer when they had Covid delays and was very understanding I would expect a company that expects caring from their customers to offer the same I ordered within plenty of time to have the correct products sent to me When THEY shipped the wrong products THEY refuse to help with any of the inconvenience they ve caused my business ALL I asked for was to be able to get my items in time since it wasn t my mistake Their refusal to properly handle this situation is definitely making me look at this company in a different light Their is absolutely no way I would punish a customer for MY mistake

I ordered some items from this company from May 28th I know we are in a crisis so I waited and waited and waited I finally reached out to them advising that I understand the delays but that I did not get my package I sent an email to which I got no response I called and got a rep who said they would do a follow up to see if a reorder could be done I am not seeking my money back I just need my stuff and today July 18th still nothing By far the worst experience I have had with a company like this As a small business owner this one has hit real hard especially in these times

After 1 month recurved 1 gallon of gel sanitizer Opened it up Smelled like vomit Everyone was gagging and spraying room spray Website says non refundable I paid 70 for nothing Can t use it or would stink all day it lingers for a long time I used some Soap wouldn t take off smell Nasty

Terrible bath bombs no compassion from staff

We purchased several hundred clearance bath bombs which appeared to be a great deal at the time Upon arrival the bath bombs did not match the photos in the slightest used different ingredients than any of their other bath bombs were clumpy and mis-shaped and were extremely powdery despite the fact they were wrapped in cellophane We requested a refund return and were told due to the items being clearance a return could not be accepted The product page for the item does not state anything about no returns and we were told they only place on the website where it states that clearance is non-returnable is in the fine print on the return policy page Our order was also missing items and many incorrect items were shipped in their place We also ordered Natural Potpourri but the actual product received was artificially colored This will be our last order from Bulk Apothecary despite many years of doing business with them Many of their bath bombs can be purchased from companies like Made Natural for a fraction of the price with the same names colors and ingredients and with free shipping I am now our hundreds of dollars and have product that cannot be sold because the quality is so poor it would tarnish my brand If Bulk Apothecary would have owned up to their misleading website information and accepted a return all of this would have been avoided
