Go with competitors

Can t use product something is broken and I m not able to add my API it was all ok few moths ago so I know I m doing everything good on my end contacted support and it was worst support which I ve experienced in 30 years I m sad that I can t give less stars Totally ignored my question and just wasted my time

Unfortunately this does not work There is something really wrong with setting up Google API keys that should interact with this app I tried many times nothing changed Contacted customer support three times not helping at all Can not recommend Go find some other apps that actually work Looks good but that is it Old school marketing trick No working leads for me from LeadsGorilla Very unsatisfied customer

When a company pretends to sell at a discount access to data that will make a difference with AI and at such a cheap initial price RED FLAG Before I bought anything I tried to ask a few questions to their support service NO REPLY Poor customer care service No communication a total deception Glad I didn t go ahead Do not part with your money When I read the other comments who receive emails for upsells it is obvious that this fraud is using automated AI to push for sells and no humans customer care to at least reply answer questions or solve issues

Avoid Basically just a Facebook and google business scraper Need a Google API to run this - around 20 for every 1000 searches Lots of hidden costs and upsellsA complete nightmare to get a refund Obviously paying large commissions and for internet hype These are the types of companies that should not be allowed to exist Adding to this post Eventually was told a refund would be processed and to wait the usual 3-5 days 10 days later no refund Had to start a chargeback

Honestly Worst software - Hard to Get a Refund

Honestly Worst software All up if you want access to everything costs about 300AUD The citations software is rubbish and is not accurate at all Even picks up local citations from other countries which are not yours even when selecting the target location There AI upsell is rubbish I asked it to write a GMB description and it even got my location wrong even though you enter you address into it My address is an Australian address however it said i was a UK business The leads you can get your self by just typing in a keyword into google and using Isearchfrom to get location based leads Not worth it at all

Total scam

Total scam I bought this on the 23rd of November 2023 and by this date I still can t login 11 27 2023 and I contacted support tickets twice and I m being ignored Does not match our credentials when I put my email we re I receive meses from Adrian the so called scammer of this trash scam

Terrible service

Terrible service False refund policy and they WONT be willing to refund you anything unless you debate them and are fast to response back to their ridiculous Counter-offers If you fail to do so on their time only way is to chargeback which is bad business for them Really not recommending it there are way more better tools itself and friendly CS team

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I requested a refund and waited 7 days for no response from customer service I then proceeded to make another ticket waited 2 days and still received no response Following that another ticket was ignored This is ridiculous I get 7 marketing emails a day from Gorilla Lead yet I get no response from customer service

The service sounds great but it s not

The service sounds great but I wish it actually worked But the system does not send out letters anymore even after several settings it keeps writing errors The lead collection is not good either you can only send a letter to one person at a time and the text of the report is not professional it contains many errors I have not yet reached the second payment but based on the comments there will be problems with that as well
