2 stage card charge For me have problem At the first charge I was elegible then second card charge problem for unlocking and no full refund No good service for me I already pay 50 to another company for unlocking 61 here and 50 to another company

80 Days and Counting

I paid for the unlock on 4 29 I paid an original fee asked to pay for an additional service in which I used part of a voucher for As of today 7 18 19 my ipad still is not unlocked They told me it s taking longer than expected and could take up to 90 days I m close to 80 days from my initial request I emailed them for a status update a few days ago and again today have not heard back yet I ll keep this review updated when I hear back I gave it 2 stars because they were at least responsive to my emails back in May To appleihone s reply I have already contacted you twice

I am just curious about how the people who post supposedly positive reviews what exactly their iPhone issues were and what the whole process that they went through was Their positive reviews are so short and does not provide details

Unlock works exactly as it should but

Unlock works exactly as it should but the pricing structure is dreadful I was told 17 99 and after I paid a page come up saying another 19 10 I took photos to prove it did not say a 2 stage payment but the company was not interested Save a load of money and take to a phone shop

I try to make payment for the icloud

I try to make payment for the icloud unlock tool and keep getting the message This transaction has been declined with reference - NCXBP215582 I ve tried several cards all with available funds on them and a i get the same message i tried to email customer support multiple times and get no response

Do not use this company

Although I got the code in a reasonable timescale they failed to advertise the additional charges I paid my 17 99 then after that I get another email stating I have to pay 19 40 and that promise that is final payment How about telling me about that payment first of all Absolutely pulled the wool over my eyes

Will not respond to emails

The sales rep I initial spoke to via email was super polite and very helpful and even offered me a credit towards a premium service that was to be offered soon When the premium icloud unlock service was offered I payed the difference and was told it would take a month It has now been 2 months and I have sent countless emails and received no response Order tracking is simply stating Overdue Please do not use this service Save your money and look for an alternative option

Waste of Money

I was charged 19 99 for activation lock removal and then provided me with information such as contact the previous owner or contact Apple shop enybody could obtain that information free of charge if googled They ask for another 30 to compleat it So I decided not to go ahead with it and I felt that the price could go up to 100 with no result they probably good for unlocking network phones but then I could do that at my local computer repair shop

Watch out for the small print

I am impressed at how fast my phone was unlocked but it never says outright that it s going to cost 53 to unlock my iPhone So that was a shock But apart from that a fantastic quick service I just hope I receive my 5 refund for leaving this review

Should have read the other reviews first

Not the best experience Took 5 daysAdditional charges after original payment costing nearly 60 in total and still want unlocked A lot of small print that is easily missed if not looking for it Like the additional costs which I am convinced were not there when I made my payment The video review I based my decision on I don t believe is real I won t be using this company again Ended up contacting my original network carrier who unlocked the phone in 43 minutes I would suggest calling them first
