Nice functionality misleading prices

Functionality of service was great Quick and easy However the pricing was blatantly misleading To unlock the iPhone it says that you only have to pay 28 On one of the pricing screens it says from 28 but it doesn t actually show any prices more than 28 I paid for it which I felt was a bit pricey Then the next day once they got my unlock code I had to pay ANOTHER 42 just to use it That is 70 The 42 was unadvertised I was very unhappy and felt misled and scammed

Would have rated higher if there wasn t a hidden extra 19 charge to release the code to me after the initial payment of 23 Had the code within 12 hours of order as promised Still the sneaky extra charge is a bit of a kick in the spuds and if I m honest I d rather have known that at the start instead of a surprise when I checked my email It would put me off doing business with this company again as I feel like I have been cheated

The unlocking works fast but too expensive Over twice as much as local shops

The unlocking works fast and notify you once it unlocking is complete This costs about twice as much as a shop would charge to unlock your phone I was led to believe the cost of the unlocking was 24 99 to only then get a message saying pay the remaining 29 pounds to complete your unlock Refused a refund of the initial amount paid My local phone shops charge 20-25 pound wouldn t use again but they did do the job asked

Service was quick and efficient it is not clear when you start it is a two step payment process Initially 24 99 to check they can unlock the phone then you get a surprise 30 request to finish the job Once you have paid the initial charge you are committed to the service so stuck Ultimately it is expensive but quick and worked

Service was quick and easy Phone unlocked straight away - after paying a second fee Payed 23 99 for the pre order that said would unlock the phone then got an email saying I d need to pay another 30 00 to actually have the phone unlocked Website didn t say anything anywhere about an extra fee but I guess it was good service otherwise

Unlocked in 15 minutes

This was great It was unlocked in 15 minutes however the phone still doesn t allow calls or text messages My phone is not lost or stolen which is one of the things in the paper So I m back at square one
