Just go to a shop

So you find this site thinking great price seems ligit Easy site to use easy to pay until You get told you have only paid half of the total amount Total misleading when you start the process Waited from sat 1pm till some time on Tuesday for the unlock code Overall it worked but I feel if I went into a shop 1 It would of been cheaper 2 It would of been faster

The service worked and the phone was unlocked However it is expensive and I feel misleading Headline info said unlock your phone for 17 99 about what I was quoted on the high street Once I d paid this I was asked to pay a further 32 to complete the unlock I am sure I was told this but a I just didn t see it at any time and b this makes an expensive unlock

Phone did get unlocked but be prepared to pay nearly 50 There is a 2 stage payment process which isnt made clear straight away only in terms and conditions Only found this out after i paid first instalment and had email then asking for second payment the next day So i thought was paying 18 turned out costing 48

Still waiting to hear back from them for help the directions don t match quite right and it s says 8 digit code but they sent me 16 digit Also the codes did not work and I paid for premium service i emailed direct unlocks who did the service and got no response yet the email sent with my unlock codes had correct imei in subject but in the body of the email had a different imei

Hidden extra charges

To unlock my Samsung S7 the price was stated as 14 99 3 vat seemed ok After confirming payment you are then told it will cost a further 19 40 to get your code so almost 40 in total you can t help feeling a bit cheated The code worked when I got it a couple of days later but can only give 2 stars due to the very sneaky tactics

Hi I was wondering if the 2 days unlock is very real and not an empty promise as review sites have stated that this company is a scam And if you re actually going to get my device unlock within 2 days as my order status states As I was very skeptical and If you re order status is up to date with the process

I am not impressed with the unlocking service You have to make sure you read the polices and procedures properly as at first you pay 24 just to preorder the ulocking and then they are asking for the original number and the email address it was registered when first purchased the phone If you buy the phone locked and you dont know the person to get the details you have to pay the extra 60 to unlock So it took 2 weeks allmost to unlock the phone

Just look at all the deleted reviews They rely on you not noticing the small print on check out that contradicts the main site and says there may be an additional fee There will be an additional fee and it will make the service crazy expensive Just don t use this site I think you ll end up disappointed Update I have been issued with a refund So thanks for that
