I ordered 2 units in November and have

I ordered 2 units in November and have not received them I have emailed to check and have had no response These are for Christmas and the date is now December 19th I called and they referred me to email which I did and have had no response You were very quick to take my money I m getting nervous and would like my money back

From 79 00 each to 199 00 each in two weeks

Will you be discontinuing your black friday sale soon I checked on this item to purchase some for christmas in early october and each one was 79 00 3 for 159 00 I went back today to purchase a few for christmas gifts and I see that they have been marked up 300 to 199 00 each with 50 off to sell for 99 00 I would much rather buy at the full price it was 2 weeks ago than take advantage of this black friday sale Thanks

My first unit stopped working after a couple of months I requested a new one and the customer service is outstanding and I did get a new one I m very happy with my aqua pure and I would recommend to others Thank you

Awesome customer service

My first purchase was good it s working well but somehow it was impossible for me to remove the lid and clean it So I turned to customer service and they offered to send a replacement The replacement works perfectly lid is easy to remove now I can clean it thoroughly after each use

I love Aquapure

I have used various fruit and veggie sprays over the years to clean produce but I m realizing now that none of those gave me as much confidence in the cleanliness of our food as the Aquapure does Highly recommend this product

I ve gifted two to family it s that good

I am thrilled With this company and with this product so far First of all every time I clean strawberries and tomatoes I see the nastiest color in the water after a cleaning cycle This works I purchased one for each of my sisters and they love this device also It s super easy to clean after each use It s basically 4 pieces that come together very quickly and easily Lastly I lost one of the interior nuts last week and emailed the company about ordering a replacement I got an email back from Sophie in a few days and they are replacing my lost piece for free Customer service is a definite 5

Aquapure is a wonderful product

Aquapure is a wonderful product It works exactly as describes Leaving our fruit and vegetables much cleaner than my previous fruit and veggie cleaner I also love the size of this product I can be stored away very easily without taking up much space

Great customer service

My charger had an issue after a few months and I contacted Aquapure Customer Service to ask them if I could buy a new charger They answered to me very fast and told me they would send me a new one free of charge Tiffany was in charge of my file and she was absolutely amazing For some reason the first charger they sent didn t arrive issues with the supplier so after a few weeks I contacted her again and she took care of it right away and even asked me to follow up with her after I received the second charger in a week and let her know right away This is one of the best customer experience I had with an online purchase Thank you again Tiffany and Aquapure for taking good care of your customers
