Made a purchase of 15 trees in September and per their website and the individual ship times of each and every tree these trees were supposed to ship by 11 27 I even followed up in November to make sure that these would ship by 11 27 with their customer service After being assured by MANY means it is now 11 28 and my trees have not shipped

A decade ago we ordered 3 lace bark elm trees We unknowing the difference received just plain Elm trees Today the trees are grown and I am constantly trying to keep the Japanese beetles and diseases from killing the trees I am losing the battle I thought arborday would know the difference

Just do NOT Most of the trees you receive won t be what you ordered Two of the trees they sent me were listed invasive species when I ordered natives If you don t know trees super well you re not going to know the difference This is completely deplorable If you try and contact them they cannot locate your order not that it matters The one replacement tree I managed to get was also the incorrect species and an invasive

Only one in five trees actually lived on

The prices are low however the trees they sell are basically twigs with a few roots on them plus they sent them mid-winter which is a terrible time to plant Only two out of ten plants survived I wish I had read the reviews that are online about this outfit before I ordered The word scam is frequently used I m not sure what charity work they actually do but their executives receive hefty paychecks

Awful experience

Trees arrived over 2 weeks late damaged in ripped up shipping plastic Called them and had a horrible experience with their receptionist Leroy Would disconnect me transfer me to his receptionist mailbox and in the end didnt do anything other than get us even angrier Would not allow me to talk with a superior or anyone else who might be able to shed some light on our order Seemed really helpful when I asked to be removed from all advertising and cancel our membership only to once again transfer me to receptionist mailbox

Trees are not healthy Very few needles on them were green most were yellow turning brow with roots tangled together Received Pee Gee hydrangea s also in equally bad shape and roots all tangled together They offered to send me more - UN NO NO thank you I do not need any more of your green house clean outs Have called Lincoln Nebraska several times and ask to stop ending me mail - save a tree NOPE been 2 years of unnecessary junk mail and it just keeps coming I for one am sorry to have ever dealt with this company

Providing only the best of kindling What a total scam I ordered over 300 trees bushes plants in 2022 They conveniently didn t ship them forever and when they finally arrived they were a bad joke One box had 2 dwarf apple trees that were snapped clean in half IN THE BOX I don t even know how you do that The other plants had half of them with the root gel loose all over the inside of the box and the roots all dessicated I asked repeatedly for replacements but being the scam charity they are they failed to live up to their guarantee Please save your money and literally get your plants anywhere else As far as I m concerned anyone who actually donates to this is helping to perpetuate a fraud Go elsewhere

Complete scam Ordered for several years got mostly dead sticks in the mail Maybe 1 out of 10 survived after years of care Ordered from a legitimate nursery instead with a 90 success rate This company kills more trees with it s junk mail than it ever replenishes
