Arbuster - Potter Magical Street - BAD

I was searching for Harry Potter merchandise and found their advertised Potter Magical Insert Box total 38 00 it was shipped from overseas When mine arrived the goods were rubbish I expected it to match the pictures on their site as advertised this is obviously a scam 1 Outside of the box is just bare wood 2 Inside left side of the street has flat images stuck on which depict windows and doors with no 3D relief 3 The cauldron that hangs near the front has glue running down the side 4 The opposite side of the street is 100 blank there are no doors no windows no raised windows to give the 3D impression 5 There is one rear hanging sign which is blurred and out of focus 6 Detailing is missing and very poor quality 7 There is no Harry Potter external letter or outside finish I have emailed their contact address and included photos of the goods I received Update 16th November 2021I discovered the Facebook shop front reporting this as a scam There is no way to post any thing on their web site as this will trigger a dialogue that says only legitimate customers can post reviews I was logged in at the time and it refused let me to post anything A claim was filed with Paypal this was also linked to my proper CC to give me additional cover Considering there WAS no return address on the site or parcel See further down their returns process requests you send images showing the problem and if they feel there is a problem will you be contacted if the item is not packed and returned exactly as it was shipped to you then they are within their rights to refuse any refund Update 17th November 2021Paypal have given the seller until 26th November to respond resolution by the 3rd December See further down I am covered by CC bank confirmed Make sure you keep all paperwork documentation screen grabs as evidence Update 18th November 2021Seller emailed today with an offer of refund which is actually insulting The total cost of my item was Goods 27 38Shipping was 5 19 Total Cost 32 57 There was no return address on the parcel box or packaging The basic email read You can return the package at your own expense We will issue a full refund minus the shipping fee and 8 platform handle fee when we receive your return parcel Please DO NOT return the parcel to the address on it Under this circumstance I suggest we issue a 10 of your total payment as compensation and you don t need to return the unit to us which could save your time and money If an address was supplied plus I could return it and they refunded it I would get 25 19 I lose 5 19 postage If I accepted their 10 offer I get 3 25 My bank suggested I politely asked for a full refund and if they wish the goods back to request a refund of return postage costs Update - SUCCESS - 19th November 2021 Today I managed to contact Paypal Disputes they had a look at the images of the advertised item and what was sent checked the company details there i was told they have a string of complaints from other customers Paypal closed my dispute immediately and refunded the money in full I suspect they will take further actions Update 23 11 2021 Having rejected their 10 refund today they emailed again We ve cost a lot on procurement postage is extremely high If you want a full refund we suggest to return the package and get a full refund deducting the shipping fees and the 8 platform process fee or we can increase to a max offer of 20 Again no address was supplied 20 refund would now give me 6 68 I have emailed back to confirm I have received a full refund via Paypal Update 25 11 2021Site has been revised and ALL Boxes removed from Home page but can be reached by direct link New items listed the site has been reported to their Domain Registration over their shop and bad merchandise Their address About Us reads Qinghai Suohe Trading Company No 1133 Building 18 No 71 Wusi West Road Chengxi District Xining City Qinghai Province Search for CEO eMail if you wish to escalate with Paypal this also covers US and overseas

The product I received is nothing like

The product I received is nothing like the pictures on their website It is junk It is not worth the money I paid for it it says the product is made in the USA However it is shipped from China So how does that work I suggest you save your money

Photos on their website are ripped from the actual creators on Etsy and do not in any way resemble the extremely poor-quality product they sent

Total scam Products take weeks and are very poor quality - like 2 poor quality Not hand made Madein China The description did not match in any way No ability to get a refund

No stock refused to refund false advertising scam

I paid for the product and then wrote to them after 3 weeks when it still hadn t shipped a birthday gift and the birthday came and went They wrote back and said they are out of stock I demanded a refund After several exchanges they continually refused to refund my money and said they ll ship it in 2 more weeks even after I kept telling them I didn t want it anymore I reported them to my bank for fraud weeks later a product arrived which was the product that was not even assembled yet It arrived in 100 pieces and had a paintbrush with it The advertised product is assembled and painted Absolute scam beware edit hit and run scam They sold a lot of these and took down the product page I found another website selling the same items but assembled and advertised correctly See pics at mini alley dot com Arbuster showed the very same pictures no more no less and gave no indication that buyers would need to assemble and paint the product However it seems they have begun indicating this somewhat on the products they are currently selling

Total scam and pictures are fake

Total scam I was sent a product but it was terrible in comparison to the pictures Paid 30 pounds for something worth maybe 5 and that is being generous

I purchased the Italy Mini Alley Book Shelf insert What a scam Do not waste your money the product sent is of very poor-quality workmanship and does not match the pictures portrayed The cafe sign is out of focus in small font and illegible The white cat is stained blue Everything is poorly and shoddily assembled with gaps and glue I purchased this for my daughter in law who has a Masters in Eng Lit I would be ashamed to give her this My son did better dioramas in the fourth grade
