I don t usually write extensive long reviews but I believe this one will be is absolutely necessary I feel the best way is to Bullet Point my experience 22 12 2020 - Made order with assurance of 3 DAY DESPATCH 05 01 2022 - Sent email requesting confirmed ETA Their reply was to inform me that their products are all manufactured to a very high standard on order your goods will be despatched soon Only then did I decide to read the reviews on the company their fictitious courier 4pxexpress Terrible reading but oh so familiar to my own experience at the time 10 01 2022 - Contacted them again by email Their reply was Be patient 15 01 2022 - Fortunately I paid them through PayPal so raised a case in the PayPal Resolution Centre 07 02 2022 - Finally got my refund credited to my bank account It should be noted that PayPal give the Seller far too much leniency measured against the buyer I was informed by PayPal that my case would be reviewed decided upon within 5 days as can be noted it took another month before I got my money back so from order 2 months What the Seller did was intermittently informed PayPal in response to their enquiries no doubt that the goods were shipped even supplied a bogus Tracking Number the goods had landed in the country UK the goods were in custom clearance etc etc Upon receipt of each fictitious update PayPal would move their Review Date That itself took me four lengthy phone calls before it became obvious to PayPal that this company is illegitimate to put it nicely The only fortunate thing in all this is that I paid them using a Payment Processing Agent PayPal otherwise I have no doubt that they would ve played the waiting game in the hope that I would get bored just give up my 40 00 Incidentally I continued to send them notifications that my goods had not arrived refund requests at this time they became deaf or mute because I received no response from them To demonstrate integrity in my opinion experience I have checked the box allowing Trustpilot to copy this review to Mutchl To conclude DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OUTFIT IN MY OPINION SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM Ordered my case a month ago - still nothing I email every week and I get be patient I formally asked to cancel the order 2 weeks ago and refund my and got be patient again These are scam artists and they should be taken down

Trash phone case Broke after a few weeks When I commented on their post to let people know the poor quality my post was deleted very quickly Save your money dont buy this case

Screen arrived and fit perfectly Would be awesome IF if it worked Phone cant feel my touch thru it so useless Have to open it each time to use it Says reset this and that to make it work no doesnt work

Very disappointed

Very disappointed after having it on for a few weeks the top left corner got cracked Don t have any idea how it happened I know for sure it wouldn t hold up a hard fall Also the side buttons are to flat so it makes it hard to turn on or control volume NOT WORTH IT

Not sure how this company has 2 stars on here when everyone gave them a 1 star and would put negative if they could Same here complete scam The case is cheap plastic DO NOT buy For anyone that has bought it you used PayPal you can get your money back from them

Have had the case 6 weeks

Have had the case 6 weeks never dropped put in my pocket and the dang thing cracked no way this should only last 6 weeks looks good but doesn t stand up to the slightest of use don t throw your money away
