Wow

My sister and I both have pet insurance with them And for both of us its always just a pleasure working with them They are on the ball quick at responding to any query and always have a caring side I must say Preeya stands out for her exceptional service She is truly concerned about your animals and even checks in after to make sure they are recovering What an absolute GEM of a person Well done keep up the good work and excellent service All my friends have different medical aids and I have by far had the best service and support out of all of them Highly recommended

Great and Effecient Service

I am very Happy with the service I recieved from Preeya at Arco 360 she is always happy to answer any queries I may have she is efficient and very helpful My Daxie had Gastro and I had plenty of help filling out the necessary forms and having the vet bills paid

Wonderful Service

The onboarding process was good Preeya took the time to explain anything in the policy that I was unsure of and she assured me that she will always be there to assist me in future She and the Genric team have lived up to that My queries are responded to and claims processed timeously so that I don t have to follow-up I will stay with Acro for the wonderful service I receive

Preeya has been very professional and very helpful in assisting the my last claim on my pet insurance It is an absolutely pleasure dealing with her I always say there are so many insurances available it is only once you have a claim that you know how efficient they are Well done for keeping me informed

Arco360 provides wonderful care for pets and have always been very helpful with my questions and queries related to my medical aid and routine claims I have used their service for 3 of my dogs for over a year now and I have never had a problem with getting help on questions feedback on processes or refunds for my claims

First time horse buyer and needed to get critica care in place asap both Yolandi and Thalia were so helpful explaining all the product options we had and advising on what would be best suited to our needs Once that was done they made sure everything was in place for my horse to travel the next day Really great service and would highly recommend

Superb Service - Every Time

The staff are informative and super quick to respond and give advice I submitted my claim and it was approved and my vet bill less the excess deposited into my account within days of my dog going to the hospital I will recommend this product and these people any day I am beyond impressed with the way that they handle the process
