One of the best decisions I have ever made I have had my horse comprehensively insured with ARCO360 for some years The experience has been nothing short of outstanding I then thought why on earth are my dogs not covered by insurance Another easy and best decision was to have them all together with ARCO360 Equine and Pet Insurance ARCO Pets are above and beyond with their professionalism fast and constant communication and response time The consultant is extremely knowledgeable and has so much warmth and kindness every step of the way And to top it all the Comprehensive Plus Pet Insurance cover is exactly what I wanted for my 4 doggos Thank you ARCO360 for caring so much

I recently had to submit a claim to Arco360 My poor fur baby tore his ear and had to get some stitches no he is looking real tough haha Preeya helped me with submitting and escalating the claim Her love for animals kindness and professionalism was absolutely amazing Our claim was sorted out quickly Thank you for the great service

My experience with Arco 360 Pets has been excellent Preeya our consultant has handled all claims with efficiency and compassion and has gone above and beyond for us Whilst I was overseas I had a very poorly dog at home and Preeya went above and beyond to assist with the paperwork I couldn t access due to logistics Not only did she go out of her way to assist with preauthorisation the follow up was handled only with care and compassion All claims have been handled professionally and paid quickly I could not really ask for more from a pet insurer and would Highly recommend Arco 360 PETS

Preeya is always extremely helpful and professional whenever I have dealt with her She is very knowledgeable and is able to assist with queries very quickly which is always ideal when you have a sick pet If there is something she needs to get clarity about from a more senior person she reverts back with urgency and always explains everything in an easy to understand manor She is an asset to your company and I hope I am able to continue to deal with her in the future

Best pet medical insurance at a reasonable rate

My dogs have been insured with Arco360 since October 2021 All claims have been dealt with promptly and with a very supportive and friendly attitude This is THE ONLY pet insurance company who was prepared to insure my dog with a preexisting auto immune condition which requires regular monitoring and possible relapses A sincere thank you from myself and my beloved pets Micah and Tovah I highly recommend ARCO360
