Product is great although I m sure there are cheaper options available but the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE We had a lost credit card and I ordered new ones thankfully I had because I noticed we were being double charged 126 91 124 89 When I first spoke to the rep he assured me it would be one monthly charge of 124 89 I called to find out what was going on and they said that I had subscribed to Sub Save I hadn t At this point I was overcharged 535 42 this was in October The initial rep named Kiara was great and kept me updated throughout the entire process she apparently left They let me know I had to ship back 4 bottles of oil which I did the same day the sent me the FedEx shipping label January 3rd Two weeks pass no refund Call again they never got the package Said the handler attempted delivery but the business was closed They agreed they would still refund me the 535 42 on January 17th No word Called again the following week didn t answer Emailed nothing Spoke to a manager Dianna Feb 13th or 15th and she said she would be mailing me a check for that amount and sending me a tracking number Never got the tracking number OR the check and it s been two weeks I ve called emailed multiple times of the past week Feb 22nd-28th and no one ever picks up Finally got ahold of someone today the 28th saying well she should ve mailed it I ll leave a message for her I can t transfer to her direct line They have told me this on a few occasions At this point I m pissed I ve had more than enough patience through the whole process I get it things happen but if you owe a customer money because of a mistake on the company s part then don t follow through on getting it back to them I m done Do not buy anything through this company if you get overcharged it s almost a guarantee you ll never get the money back or it ll take 4 months to have it refunded

DO NOT BUY - MONEY PIT
I bought the aroma360 last year in May 2023 I didn t use it much because I was out of town In November of 2023 the unit has a LOUD HMMM I tried to call the customer service line and it tells you to email them Basically NO SUPPORT I did email and receive a message that I could buy a new one that the current one that I have is out of warranty This unit cost 299 and they can t guarantee it even a year DO NOT BUY THIS HORRIBLE PRODUCT IT WON T LAST Avoid the sexy commercials of carrying the aroma360 to the pool and save yourself some money

Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews
Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews from their website or BBB the 1 star reviews are the only real ones They try to bury the real reviews with their obvious format insert name was so helpful and took care of my issues in a timely manner etc Do NOT fall for their lies that they just need to run a soft credit check to make sure you are eligible for their subscription aka HIGH INTEREST LOAN They will not tell you its a loan and rush you through signing so you don t read it They also will not honor its terms when they fail to deliver on time or accurately They refuse to let me cancel despite them failing to deliver any monthly oils for over 4 months Customer service is non-existent They re disorganized incompetent the machines are garbage and break instantly they lie or change what they identify as their warranties and or grace periods and flat out stick you with trying to purchase a brand new machine I know there s been a news story about this company I can t believe there aren t hundreds more The people need to speak up and stop this deceitful highly unethical business of scammers and predatory lenders Btw they also own Hotel Collection so beware of their multiple identities and stay far far away

Not Off To A Good Start
I received my 1st order for a scent Unfortunately I did not like it at all I contacted their customer service group and asked about exchanging it The customer service rep informed me only unopened items can be exchanged So tell me this how the hell can anyone know if they like dislike something WITHOUT opening the package Absolutely not a customer friendly policy

This company is a total scam do not by from them or join the subscription service You will not be able to cancel it even if the machine doesn t work in your home which was the case in my house The machine repeatedly set off my smoke alarms If I lowered the setting you couln t smell it They continue to harrass me for payments even though I have returned all their products including the monthly scent that they send

Bought 3 for Xmas Gifts They arrived AFTER Xmas took 3-1 2 weeks almost a month for them to respond to my emails no phone numbers available I went with Aroma 360 because I saw an advertisement about Aroma 360 backed by Damien Williams from Shark Tank I thought to my self he s not going to allow photos of him backing a company that has horrible customer service and Most of All Junk Diffuser s I suppose he has a reputation to uphold Very upsetting I regret ever clicking on this company s web page EVF

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought the Wireless Pro and some insanely priced oils It worked for a few hours one time and never worked again I contacted customer service who just kept telling me to troubleshoot it which I did When I finally got a tech appt they told me it was out of warranty and had the AUDACITY to try to sell me another one for a discounted price of 150 I ve tried contacting them every possible way Now I have this useless 300 piece of crap What a scam I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this I d give it zero stars if I could

DO NOT BUY 7k in home damages
What hasn t gone wrong 25 emails 14 phone calls and chess games all along You can Email owners conceriage customer service and you get the same runaround They have no issue providing you more product but what about when they give no instructions a plastic key and then tell you to go and connect to a HVAC unit by yourself Well my humidifyer didn t think it was funny and flooded my house and HVAC damage over 5k So price of product and 36 month subscription 5k damages to home and HVAC 6k over 10k loss thanks to Aroma 360 Walks like a duck Talks like a duck Scammed like a Duck Aroma 360

Worst company ever
Worst company I have ever encountered to date Predatory sales techniques are used to confuse and trap costumers into a financial agreement for scents for their homes Who would knowingly finance a fragrance product for the home I wasted so much time on this Company They truly need to be shut down They make it incredibly hard to reach them and even harder to cancel the service The management and sales team should be arrested for taking as advantage of people and wasting their time
