Firstly the quality surpassed all my expectations This furniture and I was in the interior design field over 30 yrs is by far some of the sturdiest strongest most well made piece I ve purchased This is not one of your big box products this is a couch you will have for a long time The company said my delivery time was Oct-Nov which I wasn t entirely happy with and asked if it could possibly be any faster they then told me it was the fact that the couch was in L A I m in Ontario Canada so I accepted it I received an email within a few days and my delivery day was the week after I couldn t have been more excited And it was here on that day between the hours I couldn t have asked for more Then I got a feedback email from Article com making sure I was happy with EVERYTHING and I couldn t have been happier This was one of my best purchases online for a big purchase with a great quality item and a wonderful company to do business with
