AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My cards arrived 2 weeks late and printed terribly artscow said I had to return them-at my cost-to HONG KONG I did and still 5 months later NO REFUND AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Can you give a 0 star review Their customer service is terrible and their photo reproductions are beyond bad I ordered a personalized photo blanket Some of the photos came out orange The base colour was supposed to be dark purple The colour I got was light blue When I complained they said I could return it at my cost for a refund I was not going to send it back to China to get a refund of what I paid when it would cost me a fair bit to return it and end up with nothing They claimed the photo colours were my fault and that the base colour was close enough Its not worth the money or aggravation to use this company I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to ever use them SCAM

Wrong Item delivered - Terrible costumer service

Ordered with them after 5 weeks waiting for my order got someone else s order Costumer service isn t great instead of making my order again and posting it immediately to me they only emailed me instead of ringing me so the contact about issue is very poor and they only offered me a discount on express delivery otherwise told me to wait 45 days for replacement I don t even know yet what is happening about the order I paid for several weeks ago

This company SUCKS

This company SUCKS I ordered a custom Watch to match several other items I designed and they sent 1 item in a totally different color then tried to rationalize it The design for all 20-30 pieces have an Aqua background They sent me a watch with a light blue background and when I asked them to correct it they came for me accusing me of being the one in the wrong The design I paid for vs what they sent me is different Teal and Light Blue is obvious here I wish I could upload the photos here see Look at the white watch mock up and the item I received Totally shifty way to do business They also drastically messed up another item making the print 10xs the size of the mock up They didnt even try to correct the watch - they were like Oh well Terrible way to do business especially because I was considering them for my business wholesale launch

Arts Cow charges shipping when coupon says it won t

Arts Cow regularly has coupons that state Enter this code at the checkout and enjoy this offer with free shipping This is not a valid statement In the past 60 days I have tried to use two different coupons which state this In every instance I was charged substantial shipping Additionally if you are ordering a photo book the site will not let any extra pages be discounted I have used Arts Cow for over 5 years This charging for shipping when the coupon clearly says shipping is free and charging for extra photo book pages when the coupon indicates that everything is a percent off is a new trend for this company I contacted the company on several occasions about this problem They assured me that I was mistaken even though I sent them snapshots of the shipping being charged My advice is to go to another photo company There are several others that do at least as good work and these others are easy to work with

I ordered a customized item from them in the beginning of April and heard no updates on my order since then End of april i emailed them asking to cancel if it hasnt been made yet and they responded quickly and asked me to contact them with the same email i made the order with So I did and then they completely ghosted me I ve emailed them many times after that called went straight to voicemail and dmed on IG and NOTHING They basically stole from me and are ghosting me now Do not spend money on these pieces of s

Terrible service

I placed an order using a coupon and a few hours later received an email telling me my order was cancelled claiming I bought twice from the same IP They then basically said my money is in a hostage situation telling me that they will only refund my money if I tell them what they want to hear They also don t speak very good English Don t expect to use promo codes on something if you are ever visiting a friend chances are they already ordered it with a promo code which will make them cancel YOUR order and hold your money I would give zero stars if I could

Company is based in China and will not pick up phone or call you back once you pay them Their return policy means you have to ship item back to china which would cost 65 for a 2 two pound item plus pay 15 restocking fee They know it s an astronomical cost to ship back to china so they WON T LET YOU Refuse Package Return to Sender via post office You must pay for separate shipping The whole purpose USPS fedex UPS has Refuse Return to Sender is for buyer protection Yet they will not refund you if they receive the item this way After battling with them for receiving the wrong size product they finally agreed to refund only if I would pay the return shipping and NOT if I Refuse item Now item is returned to them and they won t refund me Wow
