Only as good as your first mistake
The following is my own personal experience using this store I had a truly disappointing experience with this shop After paying for an item I was shocked to find that even 1 50 was charged for 2nd class delivery which feels quite steep for such a basic service Unfortunately the problems only started there Once the item was sent the lady running the shop completely washed her hands of the situation When I raised the fact that the item didn t arrive her response was appalling She became defensive and showed absolutely no empathy or willingness to help resolve the issue It was clear that she had no interest in taking any responsibility or ensuring her customers were satisfied The way she handles order issues reflects awful customer service If this is how she treats customers with problems I shudder to think how she handles other aspects of the business A bad experience from start to finish They say you re only as good as your first mistake and sadly this was theirs I certainly won t be shopping here again
