I had a long term problem regarding an image of my art which was not representative of my work It kept coming up in the search engines when I searched for my page on Artsy The color was wrong It had been photographed by someone else The Artsy representative was very helpful She understood and she and her team worked to find where the source of the problem was She was patient with me and they were able to find and delete the image and resolve the problem

I inadvertently made a purchase with the incorrect card business vs personal and Artsy was wonderful about working with me and the gallery to switch I have made a couple of purchases through them without incident but was beyond impressed with the level of service and willingness to help when I asked Highly recommend

I bought a beautiful artwork on Artsy and the whole process was easy and seamless I was able to search by the artist I was looking for Serge Najjar and easily buy it with the Buy Now feature The gallery packed it and shipped it to me and I had it in my home within a few days I could not imagine an easier way to buy art to be honest
