Highly recommend this company We wanted something as unique and special for my sons ashes just as he was Communication was fantastic with updates every step of the way The launch video was so emotional and beautiful Family and friends have all said what a lovely thing to do at such a sad time The photo is breathtaking Thank you to Samantha who just made everything easier

My brother was a spaceflight enthusiast for his entire life While his funeral wishes were vague Aura seemed the perfect fit for him The customer service and communication with Aura were respectful and thorough and the final video event looked perfect Thank you

Thank you to Aura Flights for such a offering such an unique and special service for spreading my loved ones ashes I found the whole experience totally amazing and breathtaking The pictures and video of the flight are just stunning Samantha was helpful and kept me updated the whole time For something so sensitive and emotional it was such a positive experience Would totally recommend

My brothers Final Journey

We were unsure of what to do for my brother as nothing seemed to fit the type of person he was Then my partner found Aura Flights as soon as I read the details of what they offered I knew that it was perfect for him From my first contact with them Elle specifically they made the whole process incredibly simple clear My brother made his final journey recently I m sure its exactly what he would have wanted I can t praise Aura Flights highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation 5 Stars without a doubt

I would just like to thank Aura Flights for the amazing send off for my father Samantha was so very helpful with dealing with all of my queries and put my mind at rest sorting everything out with no fuss and much compassion Chris on the launch day was incredibly enthusiastic and talked us through the process and the journey that my father would be taking A really positive experience and it was lovely to deal with a team that obviously care a lot about what they do Highly recommended

The whole process of organising the Voyager Flight with Aura was straightforward and handled with respect and compassion I was kept up to date all the way through the process with what the next step would be when the launch would take place and when my husband s ashes would be returned to me I would highly recommend Aura Flights to be able to honour a lost loved one

I will recommend aura flights to everybody and anybody Elle has been amazing throughout the whole journey kept me informed every step of the way Treated my husbands ashes with respect always used his name which meant so much to me considering the hospital that treated him referred to him as the body in the end I will be setting up my own aura flight so our children don t have to I think it is amazing from 1st to last contact Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a truly amazing final journey

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end I chose this amazing send off for my beautiful son and Samantha was very helpful and sorted everything out kept us informed along the way The day was beautiful the scenery was stunning and Samantha talked us through everything The finished result was absolutely beautiful Definitely highly recommend if your thinking about it Thank you

An unforgettable experience

The whole team were incredible Sam really looked after us and our many questions leading up to the launch and the launch team on the day were fantastic They did such a good job keeping us informed of what to expect and how it all worked It s hard to describe the emotional release after months spent finding the right thing to do with our son s ashes to finally see the balloon taking him up to space to be released on a journey around the world The whole Aura team went above and beyond for us and we can t say thank you enough
