Luke has been amazing I originally received the wrong item however Luke took ownership and arranged for the collection and dispatch of the correct item Luke was very helpful and couldn t do enough thank you

Amazing customer service

The customer service I received from Aspire was amazing I ordered a headboard which arrived much quicker than expected but unfortunately I had to return it No questions were asked and the return was organised within days by Aspire and there was no charge for this My refund was then handled immediately It is refreshing to come across a company with such high quality service who genuinely care about their customers

Great customer service

Despite some negative reviews the bed headboards offered very good value for money so I took the plunge When it arrived it had sustained a small 1 cut on the top edge probably caused by the courier company dragging it out of the van I spoke to Nathan in customer service at Aspire and he couldn t have been more helpful offering a partial refund if I wanted to keep the headboard and try to glue the rip a full refund - or complete replacement I opted for a replacement which was put on priority delivery and I duly received the new headboard within ten days Very pleased with it and the quality is great It s what customer service is all about

Sometimes it pays to buy direct

I ordered a mattress from Aspire with a Groupon voucher On the Groupon website it stated that due to the virus situation deliveries would likely be delayed and to avoid contacting them as they were very busy We waited 3 months and then contacted Groupon and were told that they couldn t help us as we didn t get in touch immediately They also refused to reimburse us Long story short we contacted Aspire Store directly and my husband spoke to Chloe who was extremely helpful In the interim Groupon reimbursed me and I immediately ordered the mattress direct from Aspire It arrived within 5 days and both of us are delighted with it It s the best night s sleep we ve had in ages I would definitely recommend this company

We ordered a double mattress received

We ordered a double mattress received wrong mattress Was advised to offer it to any charity which we have done We had also ordered the wrong size And we where given a king size mattress with no extra cost and received a very fast delivery for our new mattress Mistakes genuinely can happen But as a excellent customer service I would rate them 10 stars and would highly recommend

Better than expected

After reading some pretty negative reviews I decided to take the plunge and order a bed from Aspire as quite frankly it was exactly what we needed at the best price I was apprehensive especially as the website itself referred to delays in delivery however two days later the bed arrived It s a budget product and was a bit fiddly to assemble however it s exactly as we expected and a bargain for the price
