The good first impression but

The good first impression and competitive quote 6 weeks before our move was completely ruined by the email demanding a 40 non-refundable deposit just 2 weeks before our completion date and before Exchange of Contracts The justification that ATK had an increase in demand at the time of my move was not acceptable as the additional customers were committed to after agreeing to my move A shame really as I won t ever recommend this company to anyone I know

Alex was extremely helpful in loading the van and helping us protect the belongings Although the price was not that competetive

Reliable Service

Great reliable service received by ATK recently ATK removed contents from our rented property and placed in storage for a few months They then delivered to our new home address with no damaged or broken items All of our property was treated and handled carefully Items in storage come out in exactly the same condition they went in storage no damp or anything Keep up the great work thank you

Great professional friendly work men couldn t do more for you to help great experience using this company My Dad is old and frail going through bereavement and Adam and Dan made his move so easy and hassle free with total understanding and patience to my Dad We weren t treated as customers but more like friends Would recommend them to anybody looking for removals use them please

ATK removal company recently moved our household belongings from our home in Brecon stored them in their facility a few miles away then 6 weeks later delivered them to our new home in Monmouthshire All went well and on time with their modern vehicles Very professional careful helpful people to work with and everything went smoothly They were courteous and even put the headboards etc on the beds ready for us making a potentially stressful time into an enjoyable day Highly recommend them Thanks to the ATK TEAM

ATK are without doubt excellent

ATK are absolutely excellent Dan Adam and their team made what is normally a highly stressful situation smooth and easy and amazingly quickly A round trip of some hundreds of miles went without a hitch Nothing was too much trouble and my endless questions were answered quickly and reassuringly Very highly recommended

A superb family business

We had been recommended by other people to ATK and we were extremely satisfied with the service From when Adam came to our house to assess how much we needed to have removed right the way through the removals days we couldn t have wished for better service Adam and Dan were so helpful as were all the staff Even when we made mistakes about where to put furniture they didn t hesitate to move it to other rooms even if it meant climb another flight of stairs Overall what could have been a stressful few days turned out to be so well handled we were able to relax in the knowledge they were doing a superb job John and Jane

A professional friendly family business After a stressful conveyancing process leading up to our sale it was such a contrast to have a stress-free move all thanks to ATK From the initial quote through packing pick-up and delivery every step was 5 Adam Dan and the team were so friendly and helpful - we couldn t have asked for more
