My experience in using this website for over a year now is that you are very often outbid for items that then magically return to auction a couple of weeks later

Sold Defective Espresso Machines and Refused to Cover Return Shipping Costs

I recently purchased two espresso machines from this company paying a total of 4050 DKK plus an additional 1600 DKK for delivery Upon receiving them I was incredibly disappointed to find that one machine was leaking water and unusable while the second machine had two groups with one completely defective None of this was mentioned in the product descriptions they were sold as fully functional When I reached out to the company their solution was for me to return the machines for a refund However they refused to cover the return shipping meaning I would have to pay another 1600 DKK out of pocket to send back the faulty products they sold me I find this unacceptable They should be taking responsibility for selling defective items and not passing additional costs onto their customers This has been an incredibly frustrating experience I m sitting with 100 KG of Garbage with a choice to either throw them away or pay an additional 1600 DKK to send it back I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing used products from them because apparently they do not check them at all

DabAuktion does the job great BUT - Please fix KJ Auktion issues now you work together they are not able to take pictures in good condition they cant make any details bad attitude when you call them Sad

Pick up time

The time allotted for picking up the products is too short For this reason they do not bid as much as they should

They should improve customer service

I need to contact their customer service or write an email almost for every second purchase from Auktionhuset and then I need to write few followups before I get things fixed Sometimes email I don t receive email back on my communicationsand sometimes it happens when I try to call them during working hours no one Picks up the phone

I recommend doing business with dab
