Autopay is fortunate to have Michael Becker working for them I was very skeptical of the letter I received in the mail After I was contacted by Michael we talked at length about the services provided by Autopay and over multiple occasions Michael was always there to answer my texts After he sent me the contract I texted him several times with questions and concerns I was promptly answered each time I m sure this is fairly routine but Michael was texting me on a Friday and Saturday night at 8 and 9 pm California time I honestly planned on hearing from him the following Monday Throughout the refi process Michael and I discussed the pros and cons at length Michael was uncharacteristically straight with me which is why I chose to do business with Autopay You are very fortunate to have Michael on your staff I wouldn t hesitate to use Michael and Autopay again I rarely write reviews but superior service like I experienced needs to be recognized
