Absolute farce of a company

Avonline are adding virgin media to our area they have put signs everywhere they are blocking peoples areas they park and the traffic lights well what a joke if they would take the lights off the road and put them onto the grass verge they really wouldn t need traffic lights They are working on the pavements so why the need for traffic lights Just so you know Avonline everyone are ignoring them anyway come and get your work done quickly then buggar off and don t forget to sprinkle grass seed down where you have dug up our grass verges now making it look dirty and muddy

Incompetent morons

Signed up with gigaclear and Avonline is the contractors they use and it seems like everyone has had the same dealings with them When they layed the fiber cables in our area they neglected to instal a plug point to our property so I have been waiting almost 6 months for this to be done yet still nothing Gigaclear still are chasing this matter and Avonline aren t responding so why the heck are they still getting contracts Absolutely poor state of affairs This company will go under very soon if they don t do something about their work ethic and standards Management need to pull their finger out and sort it But judging by the fact they haven t responded to one negative reviews they obviously couldn t care less

Incompetent morons Super fast broadband my backside My internet service was working fine until these lunatics turned up and cut it off No communications or apologies from the company they couldn t care less Why the hell do Virgin still employ these Neanderthals

The so called engineers that turned up to do my neighbours installation thought it was all right to drill a hole though my front garden wall and dig up my lawn As I was away on holiday could see what was going on via my Ring door bell I phoned my other neighbour to ask her if she wouldn t mind asking to stop the running of the cable through my property and for her trouble she got a load of abuse and trying to get any help from Virgin media was task

AWFUL

Woke up by workmen this morning at 7 45 creating horrendous noise drive coming blocked so unable to get any cars out When my partner went out she was met with workmen unable to string two English words together and complete disregard We have had no prior warning about this at all what the hell is going on

AWFUL Gigaclear doing thier best to provide fibre and the contractor lets them down Drilled a hole through neighbours old gate post and fed fibre through he wants to replace the gate post my god such workmanship trying to get them back to fix

Bottom line

Complete jobs worths Avonline Networks are subcontracted by Virgin Media to lay fibre connections to residential properties Even though the contract with Virgin was cancelled due to appalling customer service this company still came to install a T junction outside our property - in a completely inaccessible and inappropriate place for fibre broadband to ever be used at the property They refused to stop and reassess stating it s just a job and we get paid So no common sense or customer service available This was compounded by an instruction from their female boss All in all pitiful service No common sense applied and a complete waste of time and materials A company that does not add value is irresponsible and apparently only in it to turn a quick profit Awful service and belligerent attitude

Drilled holes in my house - and I didn t even order Virgin Media

Promised a 3 day turnaround to finish by Friday Instead of which a mess of unfinished work and disarray has been left over the weekend and an obstacle course to get in and out of the house - trampling across flattened barriers potholes and slippery boardings that are not fit in soaking wet conditions Left housebound for one day and after three the chaos is considerable Initial conversations offered hope that is would not be another Grain Broadband drilling and debris drama which occupied last winter on our stretch but sad to say it is the same story under another guise No space to park no easy access or exit and in essence a nightmare
