Did not receive my order made on 20th

Did not receive my order made on 20th July so I emailed to query why Got a response to inform me of issues handling surge of orders they received but reassurance my order would be dispatched within a week i was willing to give them a chance and leeway but over a week later still no sign of my order so I emailed again and as I have still not had any response 4 days later I have requested a refund via PayPal Best route to go

I never received item No communication received Their telephone number is not working either Waste of money but more annoying iv waited ages for medicine i needed not to arrive Don t trust this company feels like a scam

Absolute joke of a company Placed an order on 31st August still hadn t received it by 11th September so I emailed them They replied saying high demand blah blah blah and they would be with me by the middle of this week at the very latest We re now the middle of the week and nothing Reported via PayPal and they refunded instantly I would save your money avoid at all costs and order elsewhere

Appalling

Appalling Did not deliver the item no reply to request for refund PayPal refunded me immediately upon request though Avoid these clowns If it looks way cheaper than elsewhere there s a reason Don t fall for it

Awful company

Awful company The first time I ordered with them I had to keep messaging them on where my order was They kept fobbing me off with the backlog of orders as they are soooo busy excuse I cancelled my order and received my refund Jump 6 months later Ordered something else as forgot why I cancelled the previous order As soon as I got the same excuse I remembered NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM HERE I received my refund through PayPal

No receipt of delivery and no communication

The order was accepted and payment taken but items never arrived Used their contact form twice but never got a reply Phone number when called gives automated message that they are currently not answering calls Chat box once you enter query then goes offline Have now requested refund via PayPal Would never use company again

Don t buy you won t get your order and bad customer service

I wish I had read the reviews I m still waiting for my order which was placed nearly a month ago I emailed them and they said I should receive it next week another week gone and still nothing I emailed them again and no reply I m going to try to get refund but they won t refund me I can t believe they charge you for delivery and yet they fail to fulfill the orders I have given up on them now and would never order again from them

Poor Service

It is the first time I have used this company If it was possible I would give a zero stars review They accepted my order online stating the goods were in stock and delivery would be 2 to 5 days 8 days later I emailed asking why my order had not been received I got a reply saying it would be despatched the end of the following week which would have been 17 days after my order It is now 27 days after my order and the goods have not been received nor have I heard further from the company I have raised a complaint via PayPal and requested a refund

Don t make promises you cannot keep

Placed order 2 to 5 day delivery advertised Item did not arrive Chased by email and told due to backlog item would be delivered in about another 7 to 10 days Claimed my money back through PayPal and ordered same item elsewhere and delivered within 3 days Don t advertise 2 to 5 day delivery if you cannot keep to your promise Will not be ordering from AYP Healthcare ever again

No goods 2 weeks after order

Ordered 50 worth of dry eye treatments and two weeks later I had no word of any despatch date I have been refunded by PayPal I was very surprised to receive a very informal worked email and I am not impressed and will be very wary about using online pharmaceutical sites in future
