Their website won t accept payment and they neither answer the phone nor man their web chatline Oh dear - it s been good till now Downhill is often the way with online sellers

Worth the Wait

Only gave three stars as my order took over two weeks to arrive However everything I ordered did arrive was well packaged and in good condition with long expiry dates I received an email to acknowledge my order and another to inform me it had been dispatched I would order from this company again but not if I was in a hurry for something If they improved their delivery times I would have given five stars

Poor communication but good price

After I placed my order I waited almost 3 weeks without any word I had to e-mail to find out there had been a supply problem After that my order was fulfilled within a week I would have appreciated an e-mail explaining this without having to enquire On the other hand the price was very competitive

Mixed feelings about this company

Mixed feelings about this company I ordered 2 items on the 7th of Feb One arrived very speedily the other seemed to vanish into thin air I waited and waited thinking it was the post I contacted them no reply I contacted again and magically it arrived a few days later on 28th Feb with an email saying sorry but no explanation I presume it had never been despatched rather than lost in transit and it was nice they finally sent it but although the goods were as described I m not sure I d use them again

I waited nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive When it did arrive the pills weren t even in the box packaging was poor However the correct medication was enclosed which is a bonus I will now be using a different company Thank you

Took a very long time to receive the goods however my enquiries where dealt with and questions answered I was happy with the timing of responses and the notification of it s despatch

Poor system and communication

I ordered 3 items but only received 1 They did message explaining why I couldn t order the other items but it took 4 days and the excuse was pathetic Why doesn t the system prevent you from ordering if it s not possible to order certain items I would never have paid nearly 5 in postage just for 1 item

Delivery was SLOW

Price was fair Order handled professionally Well packaged What let you down was the LONG waiting time to actually receive the order If this had been urgently needed I would have had to buy elsewhere to get the item more quickly Not really acceptable for medical products For this reason I would probably never order from you again

Products are cheap enough

Products are cheap enough But I am not sure the delay in delivery every single time I have ordered is acceptable- website says 2-5 working days The latest was ordered 13th Jan chased them up 30th Jan shipped 14th Feb payment taken 13th January Each time a different reason System errors Human error If Im honest I think they take the orders then order it themselves If this doesnt bother you then they are great Products have always arrived just a little slow Knowing this I would still order from them again if the price was right

Extremely slow and a lot of chasing to receive my order After a week and no update from order processing reached out and was told that order went missing and they d resend or refund Decent customer service However after asking for resend another week before I chased up and was told should be with you soon and only then did order get processed and I received update via courier and delivery 4 days later Product as described but be prepared to wait chase for it
