Great that my wife can get good

Great that my wife can get good medication for her migraine We live in Sweden and the delivery took 3 weeks I guess that s the Brexit-defect and the reason for not granting 5 stars It is a small price consider the price of the medicine so we will continue as costumers

Good helpful experience

At first I couldn t find the order confirmation or any delivery details So I tried phoning and found it worrying that a recorded voice said that they were not taking calls So I sent a messages and that worked very well I received a prompt courteous and helpful reply that my product was out of stock but not for long followed later with the delivery details that my package was on its way The package was delivered as promised The manufacturers box was a bit battered but it was a good delivery and I was pleased with my purchase and with the after sales help

A little patience is required

When my order arrived it was a well packaged delivery I did think it could perhaps have been dispatched a little sooner It did not help that telephone contact was unavailable and messages were unanswered There was no other problem other than these communication difficulties

3 weeks postage but still great service

So I agree that the postage times are a little longer than with most other companies but I wouldn t say they re awful It took around 3 weeks from placing my order to it arriving but I expected a wait and it was fine My medicine was as ordered long expiry date and in perfect condition so all in all a perfectly acceptable service

Good price

Good price reasonable delivery time but the packets arrived a bit squashed to the point the foil seal was broken I can only assume it was damaged in transit but won t be taking the pills from the open pods just in case Shame needs to be better packaged protected

My order did not arrive on time

My order did not arrive on time However my email to AYP enquiring as to why I had not received my order was promptly replied to and I was given the option to cancel and receive a refund I decided to leave it and my order arrived a few days later Although the delay was inconvenient I would order from AYP again because of their prompt response

Arrived in a good state

The medication arrived in good order well wrapped and it was what I wanted The only reason I removed a star is for poor communication My order was 2 weeks late and until I emailed AYP to chase it up I didn t receive any info regarding reasons for the delay Otherwise good product Thanks

Excellent value poor communication ref delivery delays

Excellent value but items were not in Stock so waited three weeks or so for delivery will order sooner next time Communication ref delivery delays would have been helpful as I had to initiate contact to find out when delivery would be forthcoming

8 days after placing order

8 days after placing order still hadn t received any dispatch or delivery details Emailed company and was told courier had lost my order Re ordered and item received In a couple of days which was good but should have been informed of delay earlier
