Azzlee is a scam company - do not order

Absolutely dire Clothes are shocking quality sizing is a joke I emailed the so called customer service department over a week ago to arrange a return and refund Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement just a horrendous company to deal with I ve emailed 3 times now and nothing THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM I feel we shall see Shame I cannot give negative stars they are that bad and kets not forget the 3 week wait to get the rags

Wish I d see the Trust Pilot reviews I agree that AZZLEE IS A SCAM COMPANY Saw the clothes advertised on Facebook and for the first time I ordered - and was duped The clothes are poor quality and ill fitting When I tried to return them I was not given a return address and my emails were ignored Facebook obviously will accept advertising from any shady dealer

I cannot agree more - clothes poor quality - sizing ridiculously small and no returns label or order confirmation enclosed with parcel I spent a small fortune on clothes I saw advertised on FB and then a further 20 to get them shipped back They wanted me to keep them and only return 70 of my money which I refused as more expensive and don t want this toot nothing like was advertised on FB - a complete SCAM do not buy from this company

This company is in breach of Uk law and should not be trading It uses doctored photographs to sell clothes The pictures are of good quality linen clothes but what arrives is poor quality polyester copies Sizes are all over the place too When I asked for a return they refused to give me an address They only offer a discount on more rubbish I do not know where they are based and they refuse to reply Everyone should report them to facebook and to trading standards Their IP address should be traced and blocked

Wished I d read these reviews before ordering Will never trust any FB advertiser again Items are the cheapest quality fabric you could possibly imagine Offered 30 percent to keep I don t want them Can t get a returns address or label Don t buy from them

Impossible to return goods

Products looked lovely online however quality is appalling Also impossible to return goods - I have emailed them now 4 times asking for a return address Initial email made it clear I was only interested in refund and wanted the address - received an email offering 30 discount and to keep products Subsequent emails have been ignored Have had to involve credit card company to hoefully resolve

This company are scammers

This company are scammers The goods do not exist even although the site says they are available for immediate dispatch They took my money immediately but after 2 weeks nothing dispatched so after a few emails I did get fully refunded which was a pleasant surprise given other experiences Was prepared to ask for a charge back from my card company but on this occasion not required

Azzlee is not in the UK

Azzlee states itself as being co uk but when the item finally arrived after 11 days which I thought odd for UK mainland the package bore a Customs Declaration label As for the quality of the item itself Rubbish I d bought what I thought was a jacket but what arrived was thin and very flimsy material My guess is the manufacturer copied someone else s design but with a cheap inkjet printed material Worthless

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM What an awful company please don t buy they are a con poor quality the clothes are so thin and very badly made Tried returning but you have to return to US and it s a P O address at a dreadful price I wished I had read the reviews first

I agree with other reviews be sure you want to keep any clothes ordered as returns are minimum 25 postage and they don t state this in theirs website Clothes aren t as good as pictures Polite and quick emails received but I don t think I will order again
