Never deliver and bill you twice
Either baby-Walz is a scam or completely incompetent We ordered a bed for our newborn and after waiting a month and it didn t arrive we asked if we could cancel the order and have our money refunded There was no tracking order asked them where the order was when it was sent and where it was sent from They had no idea but wouldn t refund us because the order was gone We said this was unacceptable as we need a bed as our baby has been born since we ordered and we want to buy a bed from our local shop instead of waiting for an order we made that s whereabouts was a mystery to the person who sold it to us Long story short - baby-Walz then made a new order without our consent - this arrived within a couple of days Now they are demanding that we pay AGAIN as it was a different order - but still haven t credited us for the first order they lost Highly recommend to avoid this shop

I am unlikely to go back to buy from this store again and cannot recommend it to others
Unfortunately I cannot recommend the store as a reliable and convenient supplier When I ordered a child s chair they sent me the wrong color of the seat by mistake When I asked for the right color I was told it was out of stock I wonder why I was able to order it if it was already out of stock Because my original order did not match the delivered product I refused the order with a request to organize the collection of goods because I think it is fair that the error due to the fault of the store should not fall on the customer you can imagine that the packaging of the chair is quite heavy and bulky I was refused again I now have to deal with THEIR problem Therefore I am unlikely to go back to buy from this store again and cannot recommend it to others

Terrible and no one cares
Terrible I order a bed that was supposed to arrive a month after ordering which is very long for current standards It has been much longer and the bed is not here no tracking option and the worst is customer service says something different every time we call My son is now way too big for the current bed and they have no urge to respond at all Sad that one tries to support a business that is not Amazon and this is how they perform

Unprofessional Customer Service and wrong info related to delivery dates in online shop
I ordered a Combi Set from Britax R mer - at the time of the order confirmation and payment the deliver was confirmed in 2 weeks than also 2 times additionally reconfirmed by Baby Walz Customer Services When i called today to ask about the status they said that actually there is not known delivery status by the producer i asked for cancellation and for explanation The lady from Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional she had no idea what happened was also raising the voice on the phone and when i asked for further support for other project she said she has limited time and cannot help me than i asked her to give me her name she shut the phone Incredible poor and unprofessionalcustomer service and the status of the delivery is wrong even today if i wouldorder they show some products still to be delivered within days Worst customer service and i will never order from them again

For returns Money back takes weeks
Delivery time is too long More than 4 working days in Wien If you want to cancel the order although it did not left their warehouse they still deliver it And after that you have to go to the post office near you to send back Once again Even if the product is still in their own hands It is more than 2 weeks after the post office has returned to order and no money back Their customer service says that they do not have it in their warehouse although the AWB on-line tracking shows it was successfully delivered I will take the matter the the European Consumer ProtectionIt is unacceptable
