HORRIBLE
I finally decide to start shopping at Banana Republic and I get punished for it I get shopping rewards for shopping and I was able to convert my rewards to Gift Card for Banana Republic Do you know they cancelled my order due to fraud Unbelievable So I guess they realized their error and reissued me another card Not thank you I will never purchase from there again

Banana Republic stores are operating like a franchise store On June 25 2023 the store in Sherway Garden Etibicoke Ontario has promotion of 30 additional off from sale item while the store at Markville mall Markham Ontario refuse to honor the price Banana Republic Markville mall staff I went there around 3 pm pn June 25 mentioned that I should have check what is the promotion in their store prior to making the trip They shift the responsibility to the customer One of kind customer service

It was the worst customer service
It was the worst customer service experience I ever had I just talked with the customer service for 1hour because I ordered my item with 2-3days shipping but the shipping confirmation shows it won t deliver for 10 more days They basically couldn t help me anything as their stupid policy I will never use them again ever It was just horrible experience

Purchased a brand new utility jacket that was to be mailed out to me I was not given a receipt nor was I informed of a new exchange policy that occurred days before When I had to exchange it I was not allowed to because of a few days difference despite that they had record of my purchase Called customer service and even contacted BBB They simply did not care Jacket is brand new with tags unworn it didn t fit Having been a loyal customer of 20 years I was greatly disappointed I froze my credit cards and will definitely take my business elsewhere it s apparent they just don t care

Beware of ordering online
I bought an expensive men s leather moto jacket which was the last one in my size online and nothing left in any Banana Republic stores across N America and the Ontario warehouse shipped a ugly looking shirt instead I have never had this experience before and was so angry I m certain it wasn t an accident considering the high price and so close to Christmas Customer service offered a refund but I wanted this unique looking jacket so bad it s annoying

Ordered 2 pairs of chinos for my
Ordered 2 pairs of chinos for my husband for Christmas last year He also replaced a pair over the summer All 3 pairs have holes in the pockets where his wallet is Customer service stated its normal wear and tear I do not believe that this is right at all he s been wearing banana republic chinos for more then 20 years and never has had this issue Will never buy again

Horrible customer service at banana republic factory Sent back items and waiting on refund for a really long time It takes up to a month for them to refund that s a really long time Would rather shop from retailers who process refunds in a timely manner They also yell at you in broken English if you ask questions or don t understand what they are sayimg

Worst Customer Service Ever
I inadvertently checked the box to pick-up a purchase The store to pickup is in California and I m in Nevada I immediately tried to cancel online which was not an option I called customer service which is obviously a call center out of the country I could barely understand the person who answered and she wanted unnecessary info I asked to speak to a manager which she refused So I tried to save everyone some time by cancelling the order Now I ll let them cancel my order when I haven t arrived to pick up it within the 5 day window

500 shoes arrived damaged Final sale Contacted chat as I am hearing impaired they say I have to call Advised them I cannot hear and they said they d have a supervisor email me within 3 hours 27 hours later I finally get an email saying nothing except to call Discriminatory- unacceptable for a large company like this

I decided to renew my BR credit card BIG MISTAKE
I decided to renew my BR credit card since I had not used it for some time and it had expired Their customer service is probably one of the most disorganized misinformed rude people I have ever dealt with It all started when I got my new card I called to make sure I could use it in Canada I was reassured a note was made that it could be used out of the US Needless to say after spending over 500 my card was declined and NOBODY could understand why etc So I used another card The only reason I did that was because my daughter is a teacher and being very petite it is hard to purchase clothes I come back and once again tried to use my card for more purchases and just like Canada is said declined On and on with phone calls finally one BR representative was able to give me some type of TEMPORARY to place the new order Let s just say that after that success NOBODY not even a supervisor could fix my problem Not to mention I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for her to resolve the issue Which seemed promising the beginning of the call DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM Or maybe do not get their credit card Not worth the aggravation or spending hours trying to resolve an issue caused by them 1
