Barrow training is an amazing online resource available to working people to either explore more courses for the childcare sector who prefer doing the modules online than in person they offer online training and in-person it s mostly easy to contact the staff when you run into a little trouble

My tutor Selena Osbourne is very helpful and really explains everything so your not leaving the class confused or not known what you have to do I have learnt so much with her and looking forward to doing more modules i have never did a course before or assignments and was really nervous but thanks to selena im more confident now

everything described step by step

the fact that all of the course is online is very flexible accomodating many people who cant commit to set meeting times otherwisehowever the expiration date adds an unnecessary limitationFor example i logged in as requested within 24 hours of receiving course initiation email however due to work circumstamces i could not start for about four weeks which can be seen on the account so i essentially lost four weeks that i could not gain in the endi submitted my work but it lacks editingalso the software does not allow some laptops to down load i know this means the laptop itself is out of date but it needs to be considered that people may only have access to old work laptops

Great support and guidance

Just finished a module for ELC Stage 2 online My tutor Ciara Neasy was incredible she was knowledgeable about what we were learning and explained how we can implement this module into practice She was available to us throughout the course if we had any questions and was prompt with her replies Overall I enjoyed this module

I am glad that I hI liked everything

Great support and guidance from my trainer helped a lot through the process The provided section briefs were clearly defined and easy to follow The flexibility of being allowed to complete the whole course in my own time and online gave me the ability fit it around my actual work schedule

I am glad that I have the opportunity to study and improve my knowledge and skills here All materials are presented accurately at a high level and they are very convenient I liked everything

This was my first online training

This course was really good and the support included was fantastic The text was easy to understand and I could follow it without any problem However having not actually worked as a special needs assistant it was very difficult to try and put myself in the place of one which I had to do for one of the tasks and videos Making the videos was a huge huge problem for me as I am an extremely shy person who never even wanted a wedding videographer at my nuptials I learn better from reading and writing and I think the video element of the course is really not needed but that s just my opinion

I thought the course was presented

This was my first online training course and I did it with Barrow Training after being recommended to it by a friend I was very happy with the course set up and how it was explained and the level of information given was excellent My tutor was Selena Osbourne and she was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions asked I also attended a Zoom call with Selena and other students which was very useful I would happily recommend Barrow Training for online training

The tutors are very helpful

I thought the course was presented really well I was apprehensive as i hadnt done a course since my pharmacy technician course so was nervous of an on line one but found this excellent and the level of support from barrow training is brilliant I had dealings with Fleurie and Selena both which were beyond helpful and always got back to me to help with any query The cost of the course is fantastic value and im really looking forward to doing level 6 with barrow training I would highly recommend to my friends and family or anyone looking to do any of these courses Lareina
