SNA L5-I found my tutor was very slow to respond to my queries I had to reach out to the main office to get my tutor to contact me and respond to my queries The Microsoft One Drive instructions were very confusing and time consuming only to be later told that we should not upload the recordings via One Drive Surely there should be no reference and guide to uploading to One Drive if it is now obsolete As I have not yet gained experience working as an SNA I found all the assignments having had to be hypothetical rather draining as I felt it was making up stories and situations rather than having real life experiences to add

I found it very challenging as I haven t completed a course since 2014 I found Selena to be responsive and available to queries Thank you for your help

why is it making me write a review to access more training training is good but this is a frustrating feature

I felt we did not receive enough notes

I felt we did not receive enough notes in the resource pack to give guidelines on the learner journal i had to wait for class before i could attempt this part as i am the type to read the pack and start the work i found this to be a bit annoying

Easy website to navigate especially if your not used to using computers or laptops Step by step guide Very useful

Overall happy with the online training

Overall happy with the online training provided and a very informative helpful tutor my main comment would be that the class is too long at 3 and a half hours and should be 3 hours running over a couple more weeks

The course was very interesting

The course was very interesting I got a lot out of it but due to the fact that English is not my mother tongue I sometimes had some difficulties understanding the professional language I highly recommend this course

The course has been very beneficial for me I am developing English well and it has been easier to carry out the stipulated tasks Communication with the teacher is getting better and better which has helped me to perform tasks quickly and efficiently
