We hired a Disco dome
We hired a Disco dome which was amazing kids loved it however the service was disgusting and because of this I will never use this firm again which is a shame Booked the castle from 7am it arrived late at 1130 I paid extra for an 8pm pick up I addressed this with the guy when he arrived and as a good will gesture he said we could keep it over night and he would collect it following day at 5pm The next day he turns up at 1230 to collect the castle I couldn t believe it and the way he spoke to my mum was disgusting when she reminded him he agreed 5pm he totally denied and was just really rude about it We offered to pay extra just to make the kids happy as we had invited their friends around again but he refused which was incredibly disappointing i will not be using their service again

Do not use ordered one for my granddaughter said it wouldn t fitt then refused to give her her money back suggest if you do order DO NOT PAY ALL OF THE HIRE JUST THE DEPOSIT wouldn t even partially refund any cash will not recommend this firm to anyone ripping a young single mum offYou still could have refunded her money without the deposit she s saved up for this is ruined the 6 year old birthdayAs per your reply we had one delivered the next day by a decent company who delivered 1 larger than yours and the pla e you couldn t put yours there s fitted amazing the place must have grown ill put the name and photos of the bouncy castle up when my granddaughter sends them me
