Absolutely the WORST
BCD Travel booked international flight few times The last one was very bad they booked the ticket without my checking and got my client and my name wrong not according to how the passport showing They deduct my credit card without my authorization and never call back to apologies

Approached for sales never turned back
Absolutely the WORST almost makes me want to quit and go work for another company The wait times to get in touch with someone on the phone are absolutely atrocious even if you select to get a call back by the automated system you never do On top of that the customer service agents travel specialists are the worst of them all If you don t believe me go ahead give them a call and see for yourself EVEN EMAILS they don t respond to on time sometimes not at all

Your better off not traveling vs using BCD
BCD is horrible to work with it took over 6 months of back and forth to book a trip I figured there was no way this was possible so I tried them one more time with a different rep and this time it took 2 months with numerous emails and phone calls That keep strange hours and are very difficult to get ahold of or they will quote a price and the Give you an option for a different price without providing you that other option until you ask and then it takes 5 or 6 days to get a response How can this be so difficult in today s world when you can simply go and search up all the options in a matter of seconds I hate this company with a passion and am stuck using them so as a result I have just given up on traveling until this contract is up

Apparently my feedback is valuable to you CLEARLY NOT The company continues to stuff up Not knowing if flights are booked until the day prior Currently have 7 flights required for work only have details of 5 Continue to book hotels in the wrong name Not putting frequent flyer details on bookings so can t book in via the app This is what my husband deals with regularly As a casual employee I have to work my shifts around his schedule that he gets last minute Your service is appalling and if other companies ran their business like this they would be out of business

A total joke and exhausting frustrating waste of time
A total joke and frustrating painful waste of time I have had to deal with them because my employer use them Critical mistakes in my flight ticket that only added stress prior to a flight and causes repeatedly waste of time In addition I was booked with a budget airline the airline website lists the tickets price around 80 pounds but the BCD bill came for over 500 pounds Yes amazing They cannot even care to include with the e-ticket details of the baggage restrictions only be prepared airlines may charge differently for baggage I would be embarrassed to work for this company - a joke

Overcharged never refunded or even replied
BCD travel overcharged me for a flight then when I questioned it told me the price had changed that they couldn t be held responsible I was able to send screenshots proving this was incorrect at which point they said the customer care team would look into it the customer service rep refused to give me contact details no one ever contacted me or fixed the issue I tried following up via email calling several times was led through a phone maze ultimately hung up on Good thing they specialise in corporate travel because people would be irate if they were personally overcharged - would be so much easier to deal directly with the airlines
