Poor Shipping Poor Communication

Ordered Items December 5th with 2-5 Day shipping Just got word of shipping label created on the December 21st After I emailed for a tracking number Not a good experience for the 2nd time Native Supply and Grateful Apparel have better service

Almost 1 MONTH and still not received SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ordered 12 13 22 Their shipping time states shipping within 7 days it ll be a month in 3 days still no product A shipping label was created 10 days ago and still shows pending pick up from shop Really sad and frustrating because these were meant to be Christmas gifts then New Years gifts and well Terrible way to do business I ve opened a case with PayPal to get my money back They say you can t cancel after the order is fulfilled but until you get your package your order isn t fulfilled get your money back

Terribly disappointed

Terribly disappointed The clothes are very trendy and love their message However I ordered 2 5 months ago Received a shipping notification without tracking almost immediately but it never progressed I have reached out to them several times via several social media platforms email and on their website and no one has responded My comments asking for assistance are always deleted with no reply along with several other people s comments and inquiries so sad

Terrible or no customer service

I have been trying for almost two weeks to do a simple exchange The original email indicated that the information to make the exchange would be sent in a separate email I have been contacting customer service or certainly lack thereof for almost two weeks and no response I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company If you go to their FB page you will see nothing but the same as indicated here

Terrible customer service reached out 5 times about my missing order and no response at all its been a month and a half when their shipping said 7-14 daysNever buying again

Horrible Lines of Communication

How do I get in contact with a manager I have 3 orders from Dec 8th that are just sitting in the warehouse with shipping labels These items were Christmas Gifts This is frustrating and upsetting Shopping bill over 300 and Nothing is going out At this point orders should be shipped RUSHED favorable of the company

They blocked me on Instagram for asking why were they selling Juneteenth shirts on a supposedly faith based clothing line They don t believe in Jesus they re just looking to make money off Christians This was after I ordered some hats that are four days late after paying extra for shipping Obviously I m never buying from them again and I don t think I ll waste my time asking for a refund looking at the other reviews I will make sure to notify my audience to never order their products

Absolutely horrid non-existent customer service These people are scam artists and I would doubt even Christian I made an order and got a confirmation email shortly after saying my order would be shipped in 1-2 weeks No problem I waited over one month before trying to reach out to the company as I had not recieved my shipping confirmation yet I first sent an email to the provided one heard nothing for a week So then I sent the Instagram page a message and the Facebook page and heard absolutely nothing back I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they opened an investigation I got my money back And 3 months later a package came containing the shirts I believe they only sent them as the credit card company opened an investigation So disappointed Never order from them
