I am SO happy to have found this company and will no doubt be a loyal customer of theirs from here on out I had a small issue with one of my orders and reached out thinking it might be a long shot after experiences with other companies in the past but wanted to try anyway I was so pleasantly surprised at their top notch customer service and how they quickly handled and resolved my issue for me It was no fault of their own and it had been a while since my initial order but not once did they mention it or tell me that my request wasn t in line with what I see now are store policies I now get a pop up about their order return policies when I m about to check out online but the policies are more than reasonable and fair and actually quite generous compared to other companies that could care less if you got a dud device They gave me options on how I wanted to resolve things and were just so pleasant to interact with Sam who assisted me was absolutely fantastic I couldn t be happier with their speed of order fulfillment shipping and their prices Are there some websites out there that are a tiny bit cheaper Yes sure BUT knowing you re dealing with a legit honest and solid company that cares about their customers is definitely worth it and their prices are still lower than the majority of online ordering sites out there which who knows if other sites are trustworthy and selling genuine devices and not counterfeits Plus they often do random sales with discount codes if you sign up to get their newsletter promotion thing Anyway a lot of words to say Amazing and trustworthy company good prices great selection and top notch customer service Would 110 recommend
