They have a lot of nice different templates and creating my resume was pretty smooth The recommendation feature was really nice and very helpful I also had an unrelated billing issue and their support team was super quick to resolve it recommended

Great Experience

I loved the resume templates offered and was able to create a very organized and professional resume I wanted to try the site once and come back to it when if needed later but I did not know how to cancel the subscription after the 14-day period I emailed customer support regarding this issue since I was charged for the monthly subscription My concerns were addressed effectively and in a timely manner Daniel Mays helped me and was very polite understanding and informative

The resumes beamjobs com helped me build are stellar very professional specific and yet elegant I m very happy with the app Furthermore the custom service is superb I forgot to cancel the subscription after usage and let it sit there idle for a month When I got my credit card bill I tried contacting the custom support without much hope Surprisingly Daniel replied within 4 hours at midnight with refund I m so impressed with his respectfulness and understanding Great program great service I definitely recommend beamjobs to anyone who wants to build a professional resume efficiently and effectively

Exceptional Templates and Customer Service

First off beamjobs made it incredibly easy to create a resume that matched my desired aesthetic Their selections of resume templates were even organized by specific job type and while they have free templates I ended up purchasing a template that I favored I was very happy with my purchase but ended up being charged later for a subscription I am sure that the charge was due to my own oversight and thus I wasn t expecting to be assisted because of this However Daniel from the support team responded to my email almost immediately and gave me a full refund for the services that I had not intended to purchase He was so thorough and responsive with the issue and I was amazed Beamjobs is a reliable and ethical service with a great team not bots and I am glad I found this resource Highly recommended
