"I don t recommend this store"
Bought two items in order to receive a free gift but gift didnt arrive Customer service ridiculously told me I should have told them before dispatch and they were now unable to help me I have tried several times to resolve this to no avail I feel let down and tricked into purchasing from them

"Next day delivery or NOT - actually 5 days"
Having chosen yourselves to get her mother a mother s day gift solely on the offer of next day delivery my daughter asked me to place the order for her but the whole promised process has left my daughter extremely upset This being that instead of getting it the next day as offered that being last Friday 8th March or even Saturday 9th it did not arrive before Mother s day However to add to this upset was the lack of information notification of why it was delayed nor when we might expect it When notification did become available at 9 45 yesterday it informed us that it would be delivered between 9 30 and 11 30 yes 15 minutes before the alert This meant that as we would be out and with there no way of collecting the parcel she s had to wait another day to get it delivered As again no clue on timings I got it diverted to a neighbour I am also upset that your promise of order with in the next 50 minutes or whatever it was as I dont remember exactly to get it tomorrow was something you obviously can t comply to

"Not much to say as they cancelled my order"
Despite having shopped with Beauty Bay for over five years and using all the same details as before they cancelled my order due to failing security checks No apology or explanation just a very brief email They notified me after their cut off for next day delivery so I missed the chance to get my order when I needed it Placed the order again as I still needed the items and this time they accepted it Also still waiting on my refund for the first order

"Click and collect Londis DO NOT DO IT"
I had a Londis Stevenage click and collect now and never again Why do you work with them it s appalling All parcels together bloke just told me go and find yours I could literally take whatever And my parcel was open Luckily pallete was untouched but please reconsider them as your partners for click and collect cause that was wild Palette is gorgeous and I love the product but click and collect was awful prefer toyou or asda

"Won t buy from them again"
The 10 off code didn t take off 10 it was nearer 6-7 No free eyeliner as is advertised on the website Next day delivery wasn t next day The package was left on the wet ground in the rain under my car which is parked on public property it s only due to luck that someone didn t steal it Won t use Beauty Bay again

"UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER "
Got my goods on a sale which was amazing Pretty straight forward and easy to use site However i was inclined to purchase because i was entitled to next day delivery Had it delivered to local post office and was not notified about when it arrived Due to this my gift purchased wasnt with me when i needed it which was frustrating No update was sent to me via email that my goods have been dispatched or delivered to post office to collect NOTHING Three days later chased the PO about my order Upon collection members of staff could not find my parcel because NAME COMPANY NAME ON PACKAGING nor company of who delivered the parcel to the PO FAILED to be displayed on my parcel which made it very difficult to find my parcel So no logo of beauty bay on box my name wasn t on My parcel either And not did the box have any indication if royal mail or another delivery company brought my order in to assist finding my goods FURTHERMORE beauty bay have no way to contact for urgent urgency via telephone call and my reception at the PO was very low so had to waste more time trying to get better signal to chase my order Very unhappy was not at all satisfied with how difficult it was to receive my order

"Okay but nothing great"
Unnecessary amount of packaging for such small items which are expensive for what they are Was also told an eyeliner pen would be added for free as the purchase was over 60 which never arrived

"Absolutely ridiculous "
Ordered a week ago alothough delivery says 2-3 days I have contacted them after a few days to ask where is my delivery as I hadn t received any updates to be told it was dispatched I then contacted fastway who said they have not received my package either when I contacted beauty bay again and it also takes them over 24 hours to reply on customer service they told me they will contact fastway and see where it is but yet both of them are saying they don t have my package Not replying to customer service for 24 hours is ridiculous

"Poor customer service experience "
First I commend the impressive delivery within timeline However the customer service needs to work on their general communication Why would you address someone by HEY I believe customers have a NAME so pls address by name or coin a fancy line like Hi Beauty Bae or Hello Secondly I requested a cancellation immediately I checked out and realized an error with products selection I received an affirmation that my request was received Instead 2 hours later I got a message saying same order has been dispatched That means someone didn t do their job and had to stress me with making returns
