Arrived on time but one of the squares of eye shadow in Rupauls Box of eyeshadows was cracked so a small amount of the the dark powder shadow had spread into a couple of other colours but still useable

downloaded the app on the assumption that i would get 20 off my purchase but my purchases weren t eligible but it was made out that everything would be so not to impressed with that but the products them selves are great and the delivery was fast so overall im happy

Beauty Bay packed my parcel extremely well and all items came in perfect condition and as expected The shipping time was excellent My one complaint is that the shipping provider they used evri didn t even knock my door and left my parcel outside which meant it was outside for 12 hours as my partner didn t know and I was at work I know this is evri but Beauty Bay did choose them as a courier

I m absolutely furious I came home to find an empty package through the letterbox However after I d contacted Customer Services I had a full refund So after the frustration of not receiving my order Beauty Bay swiftly apologised and rectified the situation thank you so much you have restored my confidence in online shopping and will definitely be reordering
