Overall is a good app to buy products from delivery is quick and product choice is good Only downside was the haul pass being added to my basket automatically for some reason without me realising and I ended up buying it without wanting it No option for a refund for it either

"Products are great packaging and delivery rubbish "
Products are great packaged poorly only a small bit of paper in big box to cushion products I bought an eyeshadow palette and a single eyeshadow the palette survived luckily but the single had broken and had to be pressed back into the pan Was supposed to be delivered yesterday received today in a safe place which was at the gate of the driveway in the grass in full view of the road I only noticed it as I was outside at the time it was delivered Not the first problem I have had with deliveries from Fastway couriers and beauty bay packaging

"Packaging damaged again "
There seemed to be a big gap between order confirmation and actually receiving the product Also yet again this time now the Ordinary HA box was crushed so had to be thrown away Although simple I like the Ordinary box design and used to keep their products in the boxes on display so maybe a word to the Courrier or slightly better packaging would be helpful That aside I like your company so thanks for the delivery Marc

"Difficult app to use but really good products "
Disadvantages 1 App crashes every time I search for something that beautybay doesn t carry It would take me to safari and then back to the app again but at the home page 2 won t give me the option of adding my tribes voucher - so it s just sitting there not being used app and website I DM d beautybay but got no response 3 won t let me update my email address Advantages 1 products are dispatched quickly 2 excellent quality 3 packaged really well 4 can find most things - typically viral things I hope more Korean and Japanese skin care will become available which I can usually find on Sephora or Boots

It wasn t bad I got my parcel at the estimated date But then I was expecting them to give the exact time or call and say the time it will be arriving

Product packaging is spot on unfortunately didn t like any of the colours I got in the blursh s or matt lipstick but thats what you get with a mystery bag eyeshadow brush and beauty blender will be used though

Love my products nice easy ordering and very very fast delivery however 2 of my items were not in the box I ve emailed customer services hopefully they get back to me soon

I found the products on the website were slightly misleading for shades of colour and not many brands to choose from Delivery was bad with an open box left on my doorstep

Items purchased were great in the main and as described Unfortunately a three part face cleansing kit only came with two items in the box Whilst customer services were great and have offered a 40 refund to purchase the missing item in full size when wanting to try the product initially to test for any skin issues is more than double what has been refunded
