DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM HERE Absolute shambles knowingly sold me a faulty unsafe car Initially tried to sell the vehicle with barely legal tyres and brake pads Returned home with the car and the first time I started it after returning faults appeared with the ABS Traction control electrical steering fault headlight faults parking brake fault central locking faults front tyres not balanced and car pulling to the right They do not answer phone calls they take days to respond to emails I have had to return the vehicle myself as they refused to come and collect Now they are delaying in returning my deposit stating their mechanic is on annual leave All they do is try to delay as much as possible I have had to lodge a complaint to the financial ombudsman to try and get the issue resolved By far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with Not a nice experience very unprofessional and unhelpful staff DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS They are happy to sell you a car which isn t roadworthy and is dangerous and then will fight it as much as possible to not refund you if you find it within the 30 days where you are LEGALY entitled to one In the end I got the refund I was entitled to but oh my was it a long and frustrating journey to get there The car I brought from them seemed ok with some old car niggles So I got it serviced at a trusted local garage to get it in good order Turns out the car was actively dangerous due to an accident it had been in The damage meant the brakes would fail when you turn the wheel There were many other serious issues with the car but not being able to brake is not acceptable According to my garage these issues were fairly easy to see so should have been caught They claim they check cars before they sell them So either they don t do this or they are happy to sell you one knowing the issues are there From asking for a refund to getting it took 4 weeks It needed threats of legal action and more calls with broken promises than I wish to remember With every call where I did manage speak to them there were new departments in the company people getting new job roles and lots of holidays for key people The reality says it s up to one guy and they are doing everything they can to frustrate and push people away They also clearly screen the calls as they never answer the phone even prior to buying I noticed this likely because there are a lot of unhappy customers wanting to talk to them about issues Just look at other reviews out there on all the sites To add the trusted garage had seen 3 other cars sold by Bedfordshire car sales which were in a similar poor state to this So it s not a one off I m lucky I caught it within the 30 days where you are legally entitled to a refund if I didn t then they would have to repair it but I m not sure I d want them to

Do not trust them they ask you to leave 100 deposit for you to view the car and say it s refundable it is refundable but it takes time and the cars They have a very poor quality

Do NOT buy a car from this company They are selling on cars with major faults and putting families in danger on the roads They are refusing requests for refunds within the 6 month period after being given chances to fix the issues The warranty they offer is useless as the company won t fix the issues because the faults existed BEFORE being sold to the customer They ignore all requests for a refund Matter will have to go to trading standards

Took 8 months to get my money back Had to take them to court They will lie threaten and deceive you Stay away I bought a Black Ford Galaxy and within 3 days a warning light appeared and the car was juddering Massive problems with transmission and gearbox that would cost thousands

Do not recommend going to BCS if you want a car longer than a few months I bought my car in September 2023 and I did have a very good experience when buying it but that did not last for long October November 2023 an engine oil pressure fault message came up and to stop the engine I called BCS and they informed me I have to go through the warranty in which they informed me I can go to any garage to get the problem sorted and then the garage I take it too submits the claim I did this but my local very trustworthy garage me and my family have been going to for years said that it seems to be a problem that needs to be monitored to get a full diagnostic I informed the warranty of this and they said as the claim was made within the 3 months warranty it was still valid even if the repairs are made outside the warranty period A few weeks later the message kept coming up more consistent this time and consuming a lot of oil I took it back to my local garage and they said it was an major engine fault so I took it back to BCS This is where it went even more downhill The customer service I experienced was disgusting throughout They took my car for the garage next door to look at and work on Bedfordshire Car Repairs Both places originally told me the warranty team gave them 2 weeks to fix it Of course those 2 weeks came around and nothing had even been started yet and no more updates given to me On a handful of occasions I was told dates that my car would be ready and dates that they would get in contact with me but this never happened I would have to chase them up the next day Quickly they must have recognised my number as they would stop answering my calls so I used my family member s phones to which they answered straight away The communication between the garage and the sales team was non existent I was getting told one thing by the sales team but getting ignored by the garage to then find out at the end of all this that everything I was told by the sales team was not always true After the garage having my car for 7 weeks spending endless amounts of money on other transport endless amounts of time wasting on chasing these people for answers and missing out on work due to not being able to get there I finally got my car back Only one week later whilst driving on the M1 another engine message comes up and had to stop immediately This said that there was an engine temperature fault the engine coolant was empty so I filled this up Once it was all cooled down I drove off to not even 15 minutes later the message comes up again and the coolant is empty again Me and my mum were on the way to a show that was meant to be her birthday present We missed out on this as we had to wait for recovery to take us home So not only was the communication and service appalling but to have apparently rebuilt the engine for 7 weeks to only a week later it be the problem again I am highly disappointed and disgusted with all this and did not even get an apology for all the lies and inconvenience this caused after the initial 7 weeks Out of the 5 months I have had this car I have only actually used it for 3 I also asked to speak with the manager which I was told he doesn t ever come in and i was told I could not have details to get into contact with him I seriously hope that both places Bedfordshire Car Sales and Bedfordshire Car Repairs are further looked into and get a manager that actually cares about their business and the way customers are dealt with

Bought a car 2 months ago sold us the warranty we didn t know we had to be pay for it on top of the car they said 1 owner they had no log book when we put in for the log book it came back with 5 owners an we still have no service history We ve had the car 2 months and the clutch a flywheel are broke the warranty won t pay out A the garage is saying they won t pay out it s the way we ve drove the car the garage legally are bound to repair or take the car back but they are refusing Luckily we re going through the finance team a trading standards We had been fobbed off allday with phone calls saying the manager was out finally somone rang we was then told we were stupid a they weren t paying out Do not buy off this company we have seen many reviews like this On top of this they had my car as part ex an I ve received a fine as they are driving round in Birmingham not paid the clean air zone charge an not changed the name in the car

Do not buy a car from this dealership I recently purchased a car from this dealership and they delivered at night about 8 40 pm I didn t physically go to see the car just because I trusted this company by seeing their customers reviews Even though I requested them to deliver a car in daylight to see the defects later I realized that the car had uncountable scratches dents that s why they refused to deliver in daylight I also found it has a sign with buzzer on the instrument panel but they said it s a parking sensor the parking buzzer doesn t beeps on wide quiet road in the morning about 4 o clock and it comes very few times a day which non of them mentioned in the description The next day when I complained about the issues during the conversation the car seller started shouting at me saying that if you want to buy a dent less scratch less car then you can buy from a show room don t buy from us Later I had to consider another agreement for replacement for the issues I had to wait to wash my car to write a customer review just because I was thinking that there could be more hidden scratches and dents under the car polish and my prediction was correct I found many more scratches on the car apart from an agreement we had for other dents and scratches on 30th Sep Now It s just been less than a month since I bought the car The car has started making a sound on the front wheel I think the wheel disc and brake pads are gone Another thing is I still haven t received the V5 And they are so rude and disrespectful towards the costumers

I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone They sold my friend a Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2018 and after checking with Mercedes we discovered the mileage had been clocked back and wasn t genuine Within two weeks of purchase the engine light came on and I ve since had to spend 5 000 on a new engine The owner is incredibly rude and dismissive We re now in the process of taking them to court Avoid this place at all costs absolute scammers Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable dealer instead

Yh I had the same experience engine light came on within a couple months don t buy a car from these clowns if you want it to last more than a few months developed an oil leak within a few months and failed the mot on track rod ends had other issues as well fobbed me off saying their mechanic was on holiday blah blah avoid like the plague
