I think this company might be a scam I ordered some jewelry from their site which they had advertised as sterling silver at sterling silver prices The pictures of the items looked good but when I received the product not only was the jewellery that I received NOT sterling silver at all but A CHEAP metal with no 925 stamp it was also broken and cheaply made When I contacted the company they told me that I needed to pay for certified postage to send it back to them with no guarantee of a full refund on the faulty and fake items that they sent in the first place and instead offered me to keep it for a 10 refund and an unspecified discount off on future items as if I would want to buy more rubbish product So not only were they misleading me and selling me faulty substandard items with false advertising they made it impossible to fairly return the product for a full refund This is what they write to me in their own words In order to begin the return process the protocol indicates the following you must send it back to our warehouse Please note that according to our policies you will be responsible for all shipping costs In addition we recommend sending the package certified to ensure that it will arrive at our warehouse and that you have the tracking number of the return However to compensate you and save you the procedure we offer you to keep this item and get a 10 refund of the amount you paid for it plus a special discount code that you can use on any product in our shop We look forward to hearing from you to give you the special discount and 10 refund or to continue with the return procedure If I could give zero stars to this terrible company I would

Beware Bella s Treasures online jewellery schemers

Dear Madam SirFurther to my conversation with Customer Service today I would like to proceed and submit a a warning for potential jewellery buyers from Bella s Treasures advertised on FaceBook On 29 July 2024 I ordered 6 jewellery items for the amount of AUD 239 94 from the above vendor On 8 August I received four of the items the other two - a pair of silver earrings and a silver ring have not arrived to date attachments 1 2 for the original order and receipt included on your form Item 5 on my order list a pair of Vintage Midnight silver earrings neither appears to be silver nor does it bear a stamp verifying it is The Vintage Turquoise earrings 3 on the list which I initially intended to retain have a crudely cut stone and its metallic hooks have no stamp to verify they are silver On 9 August I emailed the vendor requesting to return 3 items explaining the reasons and asked for a refund Their website instructs to submit a written request in order to receive a return-approval and the address to where to return the items to My request was followed by an array of incoherent non-binding emails none dealing with my requests Enclosed below are Facebook reviews regarding this vendor s similar treatment of two other customers

I refer to order No 24575 Besides taking over 6 weeks to deliver you sent the wrong ring The one delivered was the same as the one I had bought around June So now I have two of the same

Do not trust these people

Do not trust these people As they send wrong items and then expect you to pay for the returns instead of it being their responsibility to fix their mistake All they do is give you the runaround Also they say they are Australian and they are not Buyer be very wary

Appalling customer experience

I ordered 4 rings from this company Three were sent with no problem The fourth took a month to arrive after the date when the jewellery was needed for a special occasion But when received was not the ring that was ordered The company refused a refund instead offering a 20 refund That is completely unreasonable for a ring I do not want and did not order
