Rat Problem Resolved

I found Ben on Google read his reviews and contacted him as a rat was in the house and cavity walls Ben responded quickly and during the initial visit managed to establish quickly how the rat had entered the house and explained to me what he was going to do carried out the work and made two further visits to check the problem was resolved I found Ben very professional polite and helpful and definitely recommend him to anyone who has any issues with pests

Ben was fantastic He came out and met with my husband to discuss the problem and sort a solution there and then Ben even spoke to me over the phone reassuring me He came back to do the checks and fixed the holes to mouse proof our house Ben knew where the main problems were and fixed them always discussing the options with us clearly He really went the extra mile

Potential wasp nest

I thought I had a wasps nest underground as a hole had appeared in my flower beds and there had been a few wasps around I contacted Ben via WhatsApp and his wife answered straight away Ben came over the following day He reassured me that there was no wasp nest but did point out a few issues with holes around the perimeters of the flat walls which could potentially be Rat holes He advised me to get onto the maintenance company to take a look and to get them to fill the holes Ben was really friendly and didn t even charge me for his time I would definitely use his services again if I ever needed to and would recommend to anyone needing a pest control Brilliant service
